China City in Cornwall

If I could give zero I would.This has to be the WORST Chinese I've ever eaten the chicken balls was like hard rubber very dry and chewy the batter was dripping in grease the chips no better was so hard we couldn't eat them.I've saved a chicken ball in case I get ill and the pork my husband had if it was even pork.. gross

Not the worst chinese I've ever has but it isn't the best either. Food was nice, warm and ready to collect very quickly. Chicken was a little dry but nothing too horrible. Would eat here again I think

Very very good, a little later than ordered but worth the wait. Food came hot & very tasty, driver apologised for the delay. Best Chinese I’ve had in Cornwall. 👌

Best I've had always fresh well cooked and friendly staff.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.Ordered at 5pm and advised delivery would be within the hour. 7pm still not arrived. Phone constantly engaged. Ended up going into store and asked for a refund to be told no they dont do refunds and they were just cooking my food. So I basically had to have it. Got it home and it was cold and the sauce was like jelly.

Horrible food and appalling service.Avoid avoid avoid.Second time I've had to complain about China city saltash. The first time the guy was very apologetic but second time I complained to the Chinese owners and they couldn't care less.The food is over cooked to the point where my fork wouldn't penetrate it. The curry sauce is so congealed it stuck to the pot and resembled jelly straight out of a mould.The food wasn't fresh and had clearly been reheated even the chips.

Ordered at 6:48 still not delievered at 20:53 and still not here. Blaming deliver driver. Not that there management needs to be sorting out. Happy to refund delivery drivers money and blame him. So paid him in cash as its there problem not his. Sort you company out. X
