Good quality Chinese, quickly delivered. Drive in from London and needed a quick late dinner - didn’t expect it to find something this nice in St Agnes. thoroughly enjoyed

The most expensive Chinese in Cornwall, they've recently increased prices again. Food is meh, things like the chips or prawn crackers are old and dry. Would not recommend and won't be going again. Sad as I love up the road and my dad used to like it here.

Purchased a few items of the menu, once arrived home noticed items missing and order was wrong. The food we did have was nice but whole experience over shadowed by missing items and poor ordering service.

Avoid at all costs - they serve out of date food and I mean seriously out of date, fermented salad. They argue with you when you tell them and refund it when you go all the way back to show them. Nightmare!

I ordered it for the first time, but certainly not the last. Warm, fresh and most importantly delicious. Thank you for a great meal ;)

Very enjoyable dine-in experience. Food was hot, fresh and delicious and good portion sizes for the price. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Having read some reviews I was a little apprehensive but no need. We were camping nearby at Trevellas Manor Farm.We ordered on a Friday at 6.30 and it was with us half an hour later. We ordered on website as just eat had inflated prices. Delivery was £1.50.Two mains with sides (it seems chips or rice not included) was £24.50 including delivery.Food was nice enough, I’ve had a few nicer and a lot worse. We are pleased we ordered.

Tonight we had first takeaway since moving to Porthtowan 6 months ago. And the LAST from this takeaway. Food arrived cold to start with. Curry sauce bland and tasted like gravy. Spring rolls in a paper bag so were soggy. Chips weren't triple ccooked fresh but tasted like triple cooked from 2 days ago. Honestly food was aabysmal. Have to say its the worst I have ever had. So be warned....

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.I have suggested that the restaurant refund me but they will not, I will continue posting this feedback until they do.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I honestly wouldn’t usually leave such negative feedback publicly, I work in hospitality and I know how damaging it can be, especially when a restaurant is trying its best to make things right, however this is not the case here and I am running out of other ways to get this issue resolved…Over 2 hours after placing the order (which had an expected delivery time of 30 mins) I had to bundle my 3 year old tired and hungry little girl in to the car to drive to the restaurant to find out what was going on, because the restaurant wasn’t answering the phone… when I arrived at 8:30pm (original order was placed just after 6pm) I was repeatedly promised that my food would be ready in 15 mins… it was not. Finally after 3 hours and no apology, we got the food. We were all completely over it by then, especially my 3 year old who now fallen asleep hungry. This was our first night on holiday so we had no food in our accommodation and everywhere else around was closed or full by this time, so we had no other option but to wait for China Palace to finally feed us, otherwise we’d have cancelled the order much sooner. I complained through Just Eat originally who weren’t very helpful but advised I go direct to the restaurant, I called and spoke to Ben, who was less than helpful. He refused to believe that it had taken this long (even though I have time stamped emails and calls) he refused to offer any form of refund and didn’t apologise once, he was extremely unhelpful and rude, and kept suggesting that I should have just cancelled the order, even when I explained that this was not an option, especially as the restaurant kept promising me that my food would be ready in 15 mins. He was also repeatedly suggesting that I was making this up! As I said, I wouldn’t normally complain so publicly butI am shocked by this restaurants response and I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience.I have suggested that the restaurant refund me but they will not, I will continue posting this feedback until they do.
