Chicken curry inwhich the chicken pieces were very dry, not nice at all bland egg fried riceWill not be ordering from here again

Over an hour my food was out for delivery for meaning it was in a car for that time possibly longer.Rang twice and was told they'd phone us back and didn't. Very poor service! Very disappointed. Food was barely got when it arrived to us

Ordered almost £70 worth of food tonight which was disgusting. The delivery driver bought us the wrong food so he took it back, half an hour later he comes back, turned out he actually forgot half of our order the first time. So our chips, chicken balls and prawn balls sat in the bag from when they tried to deliver the first time. They were soggy, and cold. The rice tasted burnt and most of the food was flavourless. Any flavour we did experience was horrid. We had family over and this food ruined the evening.Would appreciate a refund but given your replies to previous people I’m not going to get one.Rank!!!

Ordered through just eat, was a little late so decided to call to make sure everything was okay. It took forever for the phone to be answered and the guy who did answer was really rude, blunt, kept over talking and repeating everything. Food arrived burnt and didn't taste how it should of. Won't be returning.

Terrible service this evening, ordered at 7.40 pm and received after 10pm ,after the resturant was closed so couldn't check where our order was while we were waiting , Food was awful, the worst Chinese I've had ,rice was hard, all food was cold, the noodles were that salty we couldn't eat them. If the resturant is too busy it should stop taking orders not keep receiving orders but then can't fulfil the orders received correctly. Complete waste of money, I have requested a refund!!!!!! I will not ever waste my money ordering again.

I ordered noodles 2x chicken balls and chips chilli sauce etc and basically the man said it would cost me £33.90 he charged my fiancée £44. 90 he also got all the orders wrongthis man also treated my fiancée with disrespect and my fiancee has adhd he was really really rude he also wasn't wearing a face covering. To be honest I would love him to do this to someone who has schizophrenia he wouldn't last five seconds and also he had a phone call from an elderly lady and he was rude to her as wellguys please do NOT go to this place to buy Chinese they arent worth the foodgo to roache or kung they are delicious

I ordered prawn toast got the thickest crust iv ever seen from the end of a loaf I ordered a salt and pepper chicken and it was over cooked and dry it was the most pathetic chicken iv ever had the vegetables that were with the chicken was burned.I ordered 3 drinks out of the 3 only 2 drinks arrived and 1 was the wrong drinkThe fried rice was ok but it wasn't seasoned properly there was also alot of oil in the bottom of the pots they arrived in.Iv ordered from here before the food can some times be ok but most of the time the orders are wrong and they will refuse to sort it same night until you threaten to refund through PayPal then they suddenly care about sorting it over all a pathetic take away

Ordered the food on Friday night and after 10 minutes got a phone call from the restaurant saying their only driver broke down and couldn't deliver. I thought this was fair enough and the person on the phone said he would refund the money into my account and apologised for the inconvenience, However... I wake up on Saturday and the money was not refunded! I didn't think much of it because the plan was just to call again that evening and order the same thing.I call at 7pm and place the same order explaining the situation with money and they check and agree no refund was given so agree to just deliver that order and not issue a refund.at 9:40pm (keep in mind the order was placed at 6:40pm) I decide to call because the food is still nowhere to be seen to which they tell me I never placed an order and argue with me on the phone, after a back and forth they see I actually did place the order and they say it's currently cooking still (how does it take 3 hours to cook curry and noodles?) but I continued to be polite and say it was fine and I didn't mind the wait as long as everything was okay.The shop closes at 10 so at this point I lose the ability to contact them. The food took another hour to arrive, The order I placed at 6:40 didn't arrive at my house until 11pm and all I ordered was a beef curry, beef chow mein, onion rings and a bubble tea (which you have to make yourself anyway)The food arrived cold and inedible with thick layers of oil on the top that wouldn't mix in, the onion rings were more like wet yorkshire puddings dipped in oil and salt, the noodles were cold and the beef was tougher than leather.The curry was the worst part which is why I attached a photo.I called the following day since the shop was closed by the time the food arrived asking for a refund which they rejected and had the audacity to say I was to blame for the food being late and it definitely wouldn't have been cold... what????If I could give it less than 1 star I would and I would only recommend eating here if you enjoy being degraded and spoken down to on the phone, like the gamble of actually being able to eat that night or not and have a legitimate death wish. I've seen reviews saying they wouldn't feed the food to their dogs and while I agree I don't think any dog with a nose would eat it even if you tried.I also forgot to mention -- they hung up on me mid sentence.Staff: 0/10 I've never been disrespected more by a person in my lifeFood: 0/10 Cold, Disgusting and a good chance you wont even get itCustomer service: 0/10 Its never the shops fault, somehow it will be your fault the food is cold and your fault the food wasn't delivered in time and you wont be entitled to a refund either because somehow they will find a way to blame you for how the food is cooked as if you're the one cooking it.The place is a joke, you'd get more value for money paying someone to use your tongue as toilet paper because at least you're likely to get the service you pay for and it would probably taste better.

Mostly okay? Food is generally exactly what you expect from a regular Chinese place, no better and no worse, except that the cook does seem to have occasional off days - I've had slightly scorched chow mein a couple of times, and our chicken balls definitely tasted odd today. (The place has a 4/5 hygiene rating so I'm not worried, just a bit puzzled.) But I'm not looking for a refined dining experience and this place reliably turns out perfectly edible grub. Works for me.

Food was ordered for 7.05, wasn't cooked until 7.30 but didn't arrive until 8.00.When it did arrive it was very disappointing:Spare ribs were almost cold & the sauce runnySweet & sour chicken balls had very little chicken in themBeef & mushroom was virtually all mushroom & greasy saucePrawn chow mein had only 8 prawns in itFoo young wasn't bad as was the fried riceI'd ordered from them a while ago with no problems but this time a lot went in the binI expect better, will not be ordering from them again
