One of the best meals I've ever had! Seriously recommend making the journey if you're in Cornwall. Book ahead though as they're only open Weds - Sat and offer a seasonally changing menu. Such amazing food, this place really is a hidden gem.

Another meal at Edie's and another wonderful evening.Service was impeccable, very attentive explaining menus and dishes. The food was absolutely wonderful, loads of variety on the menu, ranging from fish dishes, beef to chicken and vegetarian. All cooked to specifications desired, by a brilliant chef. What a lovely family run restaurant, deserving of every table taken, as normal.

Really friendly staff, amazing food.We had kid's portion of pasta which was really nice and tasty. For starters we had crab salad with nice taste of crab and we had cheese souffle which could have a bit more strong taste of cheese. As mains we had chicken and sea bass and both of them were really nice

Ended up sharing all our meals as they were all so good.! Reasonably priced, excellent food with friendly and attentive service. Accommodations for dietary requirements were also top-notch.

Wonderfully tender octopus paired with beetroot and beautifully presented. The main course of halibut with crab was surrounded by perfect charred sweet corn and green beans that were equally fresh and a delicious complement. Desert and Cornish craft ales are perfect too. It’s a wonderfully accessible place with friendly people and while the food is amazing, the place does not feel exclusive. Families dine alongside couples having a special night out. It’s essential to be booking well in advance during the peak season.

From start to finish - a wonderful evening. We couldn’t book our preferred evening- but Kelly was super helpful and offered an alternative date for us. Definitely start with the English garden fizz cocktail, a really refreshing cocktail.Starter the soufflé (delicious) mains - chicken & gnocchi- pud lemon creme brûlée all cooked to perfection & presentation was really thoughtful. Loved the smarties & sugar served in the treacle Tins. Such a great way to up - cycle. Really great service in a relaxing atmosphere. Hats off to you all Edies - keep doing what your doing, a real treat. Thank you

This was a fantastic find. Food was amazing and they catered for my son who can be challenging (food wise) would definitely go back for more!

A lovely little restaurant which looks rather unassuming. The interior decor looks like the 60's design. The food were absolutely delicious, no single dish disappointed us. For a non olive eater like myself, I have to give credits to their Sicilian olives. They were well-marinated and their petite-size were perfect! For starters, we had the twice baked Cornish crab & Comte souffle and the oxtail wild mushrooms Parmesan gnocchi with truffle oil. The Cornish crab were to die for! The oxtail was super tender and truffle oil gnocchi well cooked and soft. For mains, we had Halibut & crab and 6oz fillet steak. They were succulent and had great flavours. We couldn't ask for better dishes like these. For dessert, I'd highly recommend the treacle tart. It looked simple but was rich and creamy - a great balance with the clotted cream. The blackcurrant souffle had a bit of a tang but went well with the vanilla anglaise. All of the dishes were not only well-presented, they were all incredibly tasty. The service was super friendly and attentive, especially the waitresses. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, nicely spaced out.Overall, there's nothing that let us down, from the quality of the food to service to the dinning space. I'd definitely come back here next time I visit Cornwall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Edie's. Everything we ordered was delicious - fresh ingredients, brilliant flavour combinations and great service to boot. The decor was thoughtfully designed with a raised platform allowing you to see a beautiful view rather than a car park. Would recommend people go out of their way on a Cornish holiday to visit here.
