Worst food I’ve ever tried to eat. This is supposed to be Pad Thai. Just terrible.

There wasn't an Emperor and it wasn't a garden. Food was okay. Rice and ribs were decent, prawn balls were tasty. Main dish of chicken and pineapple was okay but needed more flavour and had too much pineapple. Duck pancakes...... Duck was deep fried to a light black. Still tasted okay but not good value considering. Staff were very helpful and really nice.

If I could put minus five for this dreadful meal I would. The pork dumplings were literally drowned in soy sauce....the chow mein consisted of beef and noodles only and the special fried rice tasted like cardboard and was mushy. The only thing edible was the prawn crackers and the only reason i ate them, was because I was really hungry. I don't live in Redruth, so for a visitor to have such appalling food is not on. Will definitely not get food from there again.

Excellent food it's the best Chinese by far & delivered very quickly. Was recommended to us & we wouldn't go anywhere else now! Definitely deserves the 5* rating I have given them

Absolutely so angryI’m not a way to run a takeawayReceptionist horrendousAfter placing my order on big foodie the webpage saying it would be 45 minutesAfter One hour I found the takeaway and the girl on reception who was horrendous said that they had been very busy and I food hadn’t even been cooked but we were next so I politely said that’s fine and waited.After an extra 30 minutes I phoned again spoke to the horrendous receptionist who pretty much said to me she didn’t care they’ve been busy what you’re going to do about it .I explained that he’d been an hour and 35 minutes and I was not happy and she pretty much said well you will have to wait I said I will wait an extra 15 minutes and then I wanna refund and she said I would not get that and I would have to just keep waiting then she said that there wasn’t a driver yet. After an extra 15 minutes the driver who was lovely came with the food so all in all we had been waiting one hour and 45 minutes for our food and the food was absolutely delicious.But I was so wound up after my phone call and waiting so long it was nearly 9 o’clock I didn’t even want the food and it’s spoiled our lovely romantic Saturday evening .

Wontons with a whopping f*uck all inside. Prawn toast is just toast. Chow meind are dripping in a nasty sauce. Wont ever eat here again. When i asked for a refund they said only if its been untouched. Like ffs your a restaurant. Sort it out. Gross

ordered an online takeaway Chinese, most severely disappointed. special chow mien was sloppy, positively drenched in oil and sauce, with only a few chunks of chicken, stringy beef and three prawns. the special fried rice was the same, completely made clumpy by the sauce. Our beef dish contained very little beef, and again was completely drowned in a bland sauce. The delivery time was incredibly quick, most likely due to the poor effort put into the food itself. A lifelong customer lost.

Food generally very good. However, delivery service not up to scratch at all. On numerous occasions, we’ve had to contact the shop to chase up our delivery and this evening’s service was particularly shocking...from the insincere apology over the phone to the obnoxious delivery driver with a young child on the passenger seat at 9.15 at night! Will not be using this takeaway again.
