Falmouth Phoenix Cinema Restaurant in Cornwall

Bit too loud for me but it's what ever u like I suppose popcorn is the worst quality and the staff are so miserable ....its slightly overpriced but that's always the way was clean but it is small so would be shocked if they couldn't keep it clean seats was nice tho and not a great selection of snacks but there is a shop next door for snacks

Batman was a brilliant film and the new seating in screen 2 is 100% better. Well done the cinema

Nice local cinema with 5 screens, a good selection of drinks and snacks and a cafe for sit down meals.

Good cinema experience. Screen 1 is old school and didn't have any cup holders which was tricky with kids. Still a good evening/afternoon out.

This year I have been to see "Spiral" "Candyman" and "Halloween Kills" with my partner, it's a decent cinema, they do a nice sweet popcorn 🍿and a good pick 'n' mix selection, the staff are friendly and helpful too. The cinema screens themselves are spacious, modern and very comfortable, especially on their double sofas which are nice and comfortable for a long film. Definitely recommend! They also have a well stocked bar with the options of more restaurant style food.

Very excited to see the new bond movie. Three of us went to see the movie only to have it all spoilt by the movie freezing/ buffering 20 to 30 times right the way through the movie. The manager/representative after the movie would only offer us free return to see the same movie. Who wants to see the same movie again so soon. He said if someone had come out and told him he would of sorted it. Surely they should monitor the film. Not impessed. !!!!!

We went to see James Bond. Very comfortable sofa in screen 4. We enjoyed the movie. We always go to the Phoenix in Falmouth, first time upstairs.

Gosh... so difficult to rate this... We visited Cornwall and it was a rainy day so we decided to take kids to cinema.1. Easy to book in 2. Easy to navigate website. 3. Easy to purchse tickets and pick your seats. The bad things at the end...Went to the cinema and were quite surprised with the small size of the place (not a bad thing at all!!!) Felt a bit weird but was so nice inside!!! Lovely staff, not pushy, easy to deal with (I still bought popcorn and drinks), clean toilets (so much cleaner than in my local CINEWORLD). The host was great an took us to the seats, screen big and sound quality great!!So why only 3 stars? - the smell... GOD we were in screen one and the smell of damp, old fabrics was horrible. Reminded me a visit at old aunt's house, where the carpets and sofas were older than my own parents..I would love to rate it 5* but sitting in that smell was bad and I found myslef sniffing my clothes for few hours later on to check. Quick action needed!!!

Perhaps a little odd to choose a cinema as part of the Falmouth experience, but it really is! Brilliant small cinema with waiter service in the auditorium, sofas to sit on with plenty of legroom, and a restaurant area with food and film meal deals. Superb!
