Eight of us ate here as it had been recommended by a work mate, we found the table service a little slack as we had to ask 3 times for a starter that had been forgotten about and we were told the kitchens are busy, that starter eventually came after the other starter plates had been cleared. I can't imagine service in high season. I can only describe the rest of the food and service as average pub food and average service.

We arrived in the village just after 8 PM and needed dinner but no other establishment was open. They close their kitchen at 8 but told us they'd reopen it for us. The food was amazing, decor was cozy and warm, and the staff were as friendly as ever. I would absolutely recommend.

Stayed on a Thursday. All you can eat curry yeah, bonus. Pukka. Lovely room, coffee machine and biscuits. Nice and clean and comfortable bed. Staff are fab I would stay again without a doubt...

Fantastic place to stay! Staff were very friendly. Food and drink was great! Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, Will be returning next year for the Atlantic pairs golf competition at trevose. Already excited !!

Stayed in village for out honeymoon. Really friendly place . Always felt welcome like it was our local for years. Ate here every night . They do a lot of special for example at moment 2 steaks and a bottle wine for £35 . And a curry night all you can eat . The manageress was amazing and staff funny and chatty. Chloe was so happy and bubbly, she could make you smile on the most horrible rainy days .

Absolutely fantastic. We had a very large table of around 30 and they managed the situation without fuss or any obvious signs of stress. I would go again... And again. Ps the carvery is great as well.

Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble.... I've been going in the Farmers since 1983 and this is the best meal and service I've ever had.... everyone on our table we're equally impressed..the new landlords took over this week after the bar was set pretty high! Lovely down to earth friendly not pretentious, breath of fresh air considering the way Cornwall is heading? Good luck with your project. Will definitely be back🤞
