Wonderful place, lovely little play area for children. Kept super clean and tidy. Peaceful and such a warm welcome. We fell in love with this amazing little place

Stopped here just for a little drink with the dogs. Staff were super friendly and there was ample space to sit outside in the sun with the dogs. Pub is a great modern, yet traditional pub with a real smugglers feel.

Mediocre food, poor menu, Rude manager, ordered our drinks with what I assume is the manager, she was mid conversation with a barman, she poured out our drink into measuring cup, left it stood there for a minute whilst she carried on waffling away, then rudely orders another member of staff to finish these off !, She's obviously so important and high up to do the job herself she can rest assured THESE people will not be returning!!.This place unfortunately trades on its location and history, if this pub was anywhere else it would be out of business by now. The vegatarian options are almost non existent, we had a jacket potato with cheese, the supposed* chef didn't even butter the jacket potato before lobbing a dollop of low quality cheese banging it in the microwave to melt it, I've had better potato at one of those mobile roadside units at half the price too!. I had the pizza option, was like a goodfellas frozen one, not very nice at all. To top it all off they also have kids serving at the bar, not sure who the child was but I think it was the managers daughter. The pub itself has been distastefully renovated making it look like a new build pub with no character at all, will not be returning.

This pub is fantastic. It has the atmosphere of a pirate or smuggler pub. You can imagine pirates sitting round the tables drinking rum :)

What a lovely pub the food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend The first and last inn.

Good staff and service. Has a playpark for kids which is nice and large carpark. It's expensive imo Β£4.50 a pint and Β£3.50 for small bowl of nice chips but it's a tourist spot so I guess that's the game

Lovely pub at the edge of the world with a homely yet modern feel to it. The well is a lovely touch, and there was a fish in it!!! Popped.in for a quick pint and when your at the end of the land, then I makes sense to come to the first pub back!!! Try the First and Last Ale; very smooth with a hippy finish.

This is one of my favourites in Cornwall and I make sure I visit them at least once a year with family or friends. The rustic feel and the friendly folk are always a delight to visit. Our go to drink is doombar, but I tried proper job for a change and absolutely loved it.The fish and chips here are a must have, and the onion glazed sauce would make you salvate for good

Pulled in and parked up, went in and was greeted with good customer service and a smile, asked if we wanted just drinks or food and where we would like to sit(Covid Safe) We sat in the main bar, then we were given menus and ordered drinks first. The beer is kept well and the service was quick. The food turned up and is for pub standards really good and worth the money paid. The pub is well kept and decorated with old tools n pictures from yester year to give it the atmosphere. All in all if you're passing and you're hungry and thirsty, then this place is well worth the stop as the next pub is in America πππ Fellow bikers take a side stand pad as most of the carpark is sand and gravel, bikers are welcome and the carpark exit is on a blind ish bend so be careful ππ
