Worst experience ever. Dreadful quality and a complete rip off, avoid at all costs. Chips must have been cooked days ago and don't get me started on portion size and cost. For a coastal fish and chip shop you should be ashamed ripping everybody off.

How much! 2 x large fish n chips 1 x small fish n chips £38, food was standard fish and chips, nothing particularly special. It was nice but very expensive compared to our local chippy.

Honestly, a depressing experience. Most of the reviews seemed so positive, yet the chips were cold and dry, the fish overcooked to the point of being unidentifiable, and the mushy peas a dry paste. 25 quid for this miserable offering is, frankly, daylight robbery.

COVID safe, freshly cooked fish and chips, prices as expected for seaside resort, batter was nice and crispy, proper chips and not frozen, curry sauce was fruity tasting, overall a great experience

Excellent GLUTEN FREE Cod and chips. The batter is lovely. Not all GF places get it right but this fish has been perfect both times I've been. So nice to get GF curry sauce on the menu as well. Will definitely return on our next holiday.🙂❤❤❤

It’s true what they say! I also had the best f&c in absolute ages! The fish was tender with a crisp and thin batter and the chips were not the huge ones that never cook properly, these were nice and crispy. I had some mushy peas, tartare sauce and gherkin too. 👌🏻👌🏻 chefs kiss

Without doubt the nicest place in Penzance to get fish and chips, I'll often walk 20+ minutes to come here despite being many other shops along the way. Their veggie sausages are really nice, although they are often cook to order so can take some time to be prepared. I would give 5 stars but I've found standards have slipped in recent weeks. On one ocassion I didn't get the larger portion of chips I ordered, and on another I had to remind them to add our drinks to the bag too. On one night this happened to me, it happened to around 3 other customers. Never the less, a lovely place to eat!

Great fish and chips, cooked by friendly staff. There is a strict takeaway system at the moment for COVID with orders taken at one window and served at the other. They have buzzing alerts which allow you to wait nearby and be notified when your order is ready.

Excellent fish and chips. Had the recommended Hake which was great. Had the cod as well which was also good. Excellent Presentation and packaging. So it was extremely busy as well. Keep some extra time. Sitting in a very scenic spot, Great views. Couldn't really fault anything.
