Tasty fresh pastries each morning, great coffee what’s not to love? We visit most days, each year we come to Polzeath for our breakfast.

Fantastic coffee, fresh croissant in the morning. Amazing salad bar. Toasted sandwiches. Hot chocolates. Pasties. Everything here is fresh and homemade. Highly recommended

I had a sandwich there. It was so good. You have a wide range of healthy food to choose from. Salad is also served. They have pastries, cakes and coffee too. Best option in that area for a nice healthy meal for a good price.

The missing choice of food as I told the lovely staff is now here in Polzeath - Flo’ kitchen . I had the falafel with great choice of salads placed into a lovely little box and hubby had a cheese and pickle baguette .. fresh as it comes .. by the time we got back to the beach the takeaway coffees where still boiling hot !!

Lovely takeaway, serving an extensive range of quality baguettes, sandwiches, wraps, baps, cakes, pasties etc. at reasonable prices. Fresh salad bar and a good range of hot drinks also available, plus the owners are really friendly & helpful. Limited seating can be found inside and in front of the deli, which we took advantage of on our visit. Highly recommended !
