This has to be one of the most freshest Mexican food we have ever had, we was blown away how good it was!

Amazing restaurant near Fistral Beach. Lovely food and coffee and out of this world sorbets!!!

I would love to give this place 5 stars but how can you when the staff are so rude and inconsiderate!I’m a local, been to Gilmore’s several time and probably never going back as the last two times I’ve been they are just so rude. I appreciate this has been a hard year and newquay is crazy busy, I know I live here! But don’t treat your customers like rubbish. Went there for food and a very stressed member of staff told us they are so busy they are not taking orders.. seems strange as I’ve had food there before when there were more people but ok. Then went at 7 pm to be told the kitchen was closed! They don’t bother to put signs up to explain or anything and they treat customers like they are such a pain and inconvenience. I’ve have all the sympathy in the world for the hospitality industry right now but there is no excuse for putting you stress on to the person trying to give you money. You would think they would want customers but it seems they preferred getting paid to be shut.Just put a sign up an hours wait on food or kitchen closed don’t just treat people so badly. They need to see things from the other side.

We visited Gilmore's a few times on our last holiday to Newquay and they had a chef takeover and were serving all pasta dishes, instead of Mexican. The pasta was delicious! The service was usually friendly although a bit slow as they would get very busy - so just be prepared for a wait.Otherwise definitely worth checking out. I can't comment on their Mexican food as we sadly missed it, but the pasta was delicious!

The 18 hole mini golf is well worth the £6 however the golf course could do with some TLC as the flowers, bushes and trees were heavily overgrown and got in the way of playing. But it was very quiet and great fun. We would have loved to stay after playing for a drink but it was crazy busy due to the lack of staff as we were waiting a good while to seen to go our clubs and balls to play.

Called-in for a quick beer whilst out walking and loved the laid-back atmosphere. Didn't eat there as was dining elsewhere later but the food looked (and smelt) fantastic. Definitely worth a visit

Good service. Very satisfied with the quality and amount of food. Good cocktails as well. We had fish and beef burritos with loaded fries - definitely recommended

We didn't eat here but we played a round of mini gold which was super fun. Currently they are checking you in at the gate with the app/phone number and then you can go up the stairs to the left where the mini golf is located. Great views too.

I went for breakfast. And the breakfast was really delicious. Must try the breakfast burrito. The coffee here is the best in Newquay! Surprisingly better than the other "best" coffee shops in town. I have tried their coffee as well. Cant wait to return to try other menu items too. The staff were excellent and very friendly!

Popped in for the lunchtime special. Really enjoyed the Black bean soup with cheesy quesadilla.Staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
