My Family visited Gino Spaghetti House last night. The atmosphere was relaxed, the tables and environment were clean and the tables were well spaced away from other tables. The food took a while to come, but when it came, it was worth the wait. I love Carbonara and eat it where ever I visit. The carbonara was quite dry but flavourful. My Son had a steak which was well cooked. My daughter had a pizza which was a good size. My Sons girlfriend had the Spahetti bolonase, which was flavourfull but was felt to be quite a small portion. My wife had the Pasta pollo which she said tasted lovely but was spoilt when she found what looked like bits of ceramic tile in the dish. I inspected these and it snapped apart and was indeed tile.I would have rather have emailed this privately to highlight this as it was concerning but there is no option on the website. Please can the restaurant investigatethis and ensure this doesn't continue to happen and then we would be happy to return.

Having read mixed reviews about this restaurant- I have to say please visit, the food was absolutely delicious and it is a really lovely Italian, couldn't fault our meal at all 🤗

Amazing customer service, amazing portions, great tasting food, great prices. Spent ages looking for a nice place with good sized portions and we found it. Lady there also gave us tips on where else to go for good sized meals. Will go again next time

Food was delicious, staff where sooo friendly, fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

Decent enough meal - slightly overpriced £15 for a pasta dish that didn't have much flavour - Bolognese but the pollo was really nice. They are very understaffed and the waitresses were fantastic under the circumstances. But lots of people were waiting - they need to just get some more staff. Must pre book.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted. Extremely disappointed with the food at the Spaghetti House tonight. Calamari tasted of cooking oil and a small portion Carbonara lacked any authentic flavour, only strong black pepper. There was virtually no trace of ham or cream. Bolognese hardly had any ground beef in it and arrived cold. Pizza was passable but small and simply not worth the money. Orders were delayed and they were not busy. I admit we were extremely hungry so ate the food that was served. We had already consumed drinks and the thought of walking out and finding another restaurant was really not an option. The staff were pleasant and apologetic but we felt they were paying lip service to our complaints. Refused to make any concession with the bill.Avoid this place until it is refurbished and new chefs are hired.

Absolutely amazing and tasty food. The inside of the restaurant very gorgeous and perfect view from it. The waitress - Mrs Małgosia definitely the most smiley and cute person I have met recently. Perfect service with amazing food - all what was needed !

The atmosphere was very welcoming upon arrival and the hostess was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Wonderful view of the sea and the prom where we sat. All 6 of us had something different and we thought they were authentic and delicious! The pizzas were crispy and superb! Would definitely recommend this place and will book to go again.

Best Fish Lasagne ever!!Here is family-run restaurant. This is my first time having fish lasagne. It was made with homemade pasta sheet and chuck of fresh fish (sea bass and monk fish). The sauce is very good, full of spice, creamy tomato sauce. Must try! Very recommended! and hostess is very welcoming. Worth the wait

Pizza was good, however not spectacular. My companions enjoyed their meals. I'm not a fan of Italian food so it would be unfair to give anything higher or lower than okay
