Great location and ambience, with a pleasant welcome on arrival . Great view of St.Michael’s Mount .Unfortunately the meal was disappointing, as it looked good on arrival. Lots of little service blunders, long wait between courses and dessert after waiting 35 mins was not enjoyable ! Bill was incorrect although dessert was deducted . Such a shame as we were so looking forward to our evening.Really important that the food is tasted by the chef .Soup - not passed and Baked hake , was moist but oily and broad beans hard and overly sweet.

Very friendly but disorganised staff. Meals were not delivered to table at the same time so food went cold waiting for remaining meals to arrive. I get the impression they rely heavily on the great views they have to get custom as opposed to offering good service. We wouldn’t go back sadly

Had very nice meal here sadly it was at night so no views of the Mount.I’m guessing in the summer this place will be full so book in advance.Decor inside is lovely and contemporary.Prices are average for area.Dogs are allowed in restaurant.Parking available on a pay & display car park about 50m away in summer be prepared to have to park further away and walk.

We stayed one night last night. We had the King's Cove suite which had been newly refurbished. The stay was fabulous. All staff were superb from check in to the restaurant. The view was to die for. The room was beautiful and the small touches went a long way. The dinner was scrumptious and the wine menu was a credit to this place. I cannot recommend this place enough. They deserve all the luck in the world going forward. Top class

Came to Cornwall for a little break with 2 friends - Stayed only for one night but I have to say I cannot fault anything. The receptionist, the chef and waitresses were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Greta views from the restaurant. I will be coming back :)

We went for breakfast with my three young children. We were offered a high chair, the staff made a fuss of our children and made us feel comfortable. The food choice was perfect. When the food arrived promptly it was very tasty and well presented.

Always love staying in this place. Views from the room incredible. Room nice and clean however could do with more hanging hooks and an extractor, at least in the bathroom. We came back with soaking wet clothes as it rained all day and our windows very quickly steamed up and never cleared again. We couldn't open the window to get any fresh air in. Food excellent. Loved the breakfast especially the freshly squeezed juices. Lovely. Will certainly be back.

Comfortable, bespoke and relaxing, but by far the outstanding stars of the hotel are the team. Welcoming and warm. Particular shout out to Kristel who helped us in an hour of need. Thank you all see you again Clive & Allison

Very lovely atmosphere with an unbeatable view. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.Dog friendly throughout now under what I assumed was new management and a recent redecoration is very nice!Be mindful at this time of year (December) that the beach is infested with flies on the seaweed and quite a few of them had made it into the restaurant. The food was very expensive so we settled for a side of chips - as chips go, they were very nice!

Wasn't the best of visits here! We went in for Coffee and hot Chocolate and wanted to sit near the window but the server made a song and dance about it being lunch time now and we hadn't booked and we were literally only staying the duration of drinking a hot drink so would have been vacating the table pretty quickly! It's beautiful in here. The seating is very comfortable and there's a lovely breakfast menu. We have been before and had coffees and on another occasion drinks. There is a lovely garden outside which is very restful and has a great view of the Mount. Should imagine its lovely staying here!
