Green Chilli in Cornwall

We ordered food from this restaurant during our stay at Cornwall. The chef is the most arrogant unprofessional and the food is worst no taste at all and we were delivered half cooked food ,when we approached the restaurant chef said I have been cooking this for 25 years .The worst Indian restaurant spoiling th8e name of great india .never order from this unprofessional tasteless restaurant .waste of money and with no taste .

Best Indian takeaway in Newquay and the surrounding area. Great prices and free delivery.

Just had the most fantastic curry from green chilli, I highly rate these guys, the food is delicious

I've used green chilli for a while now they do really good food it's the customer service which let's them down. I've just been informed I'm I'm liar which is always a good start to an order. I was told I've never paid online for delivery takeaway with them but during the lock down I have the bank statement to prove I did even tho told they've never ever taken payment online! WOW and FYI telephone manner is just as important as in person you ignorant man! I work in Newquay for 3 months a year and stay at the same place and use the same takeaways, green chilli is no longer on that list unfortunately! I can't wrong the food at all I feel for the chefs

DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS SO CALLED ‘TAKEWAY’ - ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!WOULD SCORE MINUS 10 OUT OF 10!!!There are many other takeaways in the area or nearby. TRY any of them! This ‘takeaway’ does not value or look after locals at all.Phone ringing and ringing with no one answering. Took multiple attempts until we could get through. Shocking customer service and phone manner. Home delivery is a joke!! Seems you need to live in Newquay within 0.5 mile radius of the premise to get a delivery- whats the point in offering it?! A business operating in cornwall needs to be realistic if they offer delivery as its rural round here! Collected in the end BUT never will again. Could cook a better curry at home!WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE EVER AGAIN !!!!

After being told by Zamans( our usual takeaway) that there's a 2hour lead time for delivery we thought we'd try Green chilli,,,Told it would be an hour, after several calls we received 1hour 45 minutes later just to be disappointed with it, food was below average and merely tepid, as it was very late re-ordering wasn't an option, tasted as it was straight out of an asda stir in sauce jar, rubbery sweaty naan breads even the popadoms were flexible need i go on, avoid wasting your money like i did

Avoid!!! Highly unprofessional place. Lady on the customer service can’t even place order properly. We have ordered couple of meals but when we reach in hotel we see that half of the order is missing.We called to find out about it but manager was rude and unhelpful. Besides the lamb curry was disgusting literally few pieces of lamb cubes and ready made sous which u can get from tesco. Definitely not worth the money!!! Give one star as there is no 0 rating!!!!

I had just wasted £20 for a bowl of ketchup and curry mixture with some pieces of lamb, this place is a complete mess, at first i ordered two portions of lamb curry, naan bread and some salad, they handover one portion of lamb curry which literally iced cold with naans, I called back and inquire about my order that why one portion is missing, instead rectify their mistake, without an apology they said you been charged for one curry only, I said £20 for one lamb curry, they replied naan bread is £2.80 each! I was completely shocked about their service and attitude! Highly disappointed, it’s an absolute waste of money visiting such a place!

Good value for money, the food was very tasty and if you want more spice just add a chilli pickle pot to your order. I got a green chilli special biryani (I love that they put an omelette with it, egg and biryani is the best. To me, atleast) and vegetable curry. Very big portions I could have had one or the other and have been full.It's not the same as how my mum makes it at home but still decent and worth a try for anyone in the area, who wants good halal food.

Fantastic food - great value!This is the best curry I’ve had in Devon. Just a shame they don’t have a restaurant!Really friendly service and amazing food.£12 for a rice, main and a nan bread. What else do you need!Highly recommended!
