Food might be incredible (did not stay and eat) but the restaurant itself was not welcoming at all. Very odd place that appeared unclean and badly maintained. There were puddles of water all over the floor that appeared to indicate a leak. Left very quickly.

Not for me Im afraid. Just found it very average. Went with a Pal of mine and we both love Indian food. Both came to same conclusion. I can see the many positive reviews - we must have different taste or experiences! sorry...

Went last night with my partner and we both ordred a veggie dhal bat. The popadoms were quality!!All the food was really fresh and it we didn't wait too long for it. We enjoyed a lovely meal and the portions were huge!Very authentic and the service was really good to.We will deffinitely go back again!

Slow service, waited 25 mins for drinks even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Tandoori Chicken (should be called tandoori bones) had hardly any Chicken, accompanied by burnt onions.Paint peeling off the walls and bright lighting, no ambience at all. A miserable experience and a special occasion ruined, don't bother!

Excellent - prompt and friendly service. Starter meat platter and veg platter good portion and very tasty. Main meal Kathmandu chicken & Everest lamb. Large chunks of meat and delicious sauce. Will definitely pay a return visit.

I ordered a delivery on 15th January, which arrived two hours later and the food was stone cold. When I called the restaurant to complain I spoke to a very nice man called Philip who kindly offered a full refund and asked me to email the restaurant to request the refund. I emailed the restaurant the same night and I've not had a reply or a refund. This is the second time it has taken two hours for my food order to arrive. Very disappointing.

Ok, I visited Gurkha with two guys who have been to Nepal before, so I know the dishes are not only delicious but very authentic. The food is so good that we might come all the way back from London😅😅😅

The staff of this restaurant are kind and patient. The food was delicious. Though the meat portions for the soup wasn't that much. We came here as a group for my friends birthday 🎂, they made us very comfortable. Locating this place as a visitor to this town is a bit tricky, good map alone won't do the trick. You'll have to ask the locals. It's situated at the first floor in a mini shopping complex. Parking is tricky too. We paid to park at a nearby car park.It was a beautiful experience. Will visit again. 😊

Wow! My husband and I had our date night here tonight and were blown away by the fantastic food and warm, welcoming staff! This is a lovely little hidden gem of a place; we could smell the aromatic spices drifting on the summer breeze throughout the town, so we just followed our noses 🤤I think this is going to be our new favourite place to eat out and to get our takeaways. Fresh, delicious food at really reasonable prices, what more could you want!?Make sure you book ahead to avoid disappointment 😉
