Halzephron Inn in Cornwall

What a lovely pub, dogs are more than welcome. The food is really good too, they have a great range of food on the menu. Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of my meal (I was extremely hungry) the pub itself is very cosy and unique, it's definitely worth a trip. The meals are really well priced and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying something off the specials menu, they also accommodate for children, and have a special menu for them too.

Great food including wide range of vegetarian options. Very dog friendly. Dessert was very tasty.

We walked from the lizard which I don't recommend unless you like a stroll. My feet were broken from my boots and needed salvation which we stumbled across the Halzephron Inn and found the staff so lovely. It was quiet when we arrived but got very busy for people arriving for the food which upon gazing at the dished looked superb. We were happy with our Mexican nuts and local larger but have promised ourselves a trip back to sample the food and great service. They had parking and the pub was traditional with lots of trinkets adorning the walls. Plus a fire at one end which is always a pleasing sight.

Excellent evening in a welcoming environment and pub. We were a party of 7 local bellringers so sat in restaurant area which was warm and inviting.Spot on menu with plenty good choices. Food cooked and presented in high standards...and served all together.Good choice of ales to supplement meal. A 10/10 experience. Thank you

Went on a Sunday Evening. Was quiet, a couple of other tables in. Cozy, old-style pub with extensive menu (including specials board). Food did seem a little over priced, but was good nonetheless. Just the one bar lady serving as quiet and was very friendly.

Lovely old pub with hundreds of years of history within. Friendly staff. Had a table of 10 and food was outstanding. All had various roast dinners. Deserts were also very nice. Definitely will be back.

Such a lovely little Pub. Staff very friendly and welcoming and warm. Although they don't offer table service they offered it and allowed us to be seated while ordering. Just have to be ok with the fact it allows Dogs inside too. A great place with lovely tasting food.

Lovely pub, with a really nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing, our favourite meal out during our week in Cornwall. Dog friendly too, just the doorbell they use in the kitchen sets all the dogs barking whenever food is ready 😂

Had Sunday lunch here and it was the best we have ever tasted , excellent pint of Betty Stoggs great service.Sweet nachos and ice cream was fantastic.The only downside is we live to far away to make it our local ☹️ will definitely be back

Lovely food and nice, friendly staff. We dropped in for a quick meal on the way back from the beach and they did have reservations on the tables but managed to squeeze us in (2 adults, 1 child). Generous portions and nicely cooked and presented. Would definitely come back again!
