Harbour Moon Inn in Cornwall

Great place for a drink and view over the harbour but the food was dreadful. Lovely, comfy seating area and staff are nice but the food was not very good and over priced. I would go back for drinks and the chilled atmosphere but not for the food.

Friendly young lady served us, food was lovely, very large portions and they offered to box it up to take home, as I couldn't eat it all. Highly recommend!

Welcomed by a very polite young lady on arrival and taken to our table. Ordered the cod and chips and a pint of proper job ale. The portions that arrived were very large and very tasty washed down with a great pint of ale. Would highly recommend thank you.

The wife and I called in for our lunch here and so pleased that we did. A great hotel/restaurant/bar that we shall definitely be visiting again. Great atmosphere, great staff and great food, Rattler cider on tap, all with a lovely view across the harbour.

Comfortable, good selection of beers etc, we were there on a Monday lunchtime and they were not serving food. Staff friendly

A bit clinical for me. I prefer to make my own decisions about seating, drinking & eating, whilst I can appreciate covid restrictions, I like to decide whether I am sitting in or out. Food was good. Too much. Very limited for GF so disappointing in that respect in this instance I had to grin & bear it and eat a gluten filled meal so as not to cause a fuss & ultimately an argument!

Really friendly and entertaining staff - slightly longer wait time for food but was absolutely worth it; the food was delicious. Good selection of rum. Would definitely return.

We arrived around 12 noon... Unfortunately they were running late and opened, but late... We were 4 adults a child and a baby.They were short staffed so food took a little longer than us usual. Some customers we're so rude and left. However....the meal was superb. The two staff a young man and young lady were friendly and explained the situation to us. There was just the head chef, themselves and the dishwasher person. The service was excellent as was the food. It was the best Crispy Beef I've ever had. I thoroughly recommend this place. Whoever owns the harbour moon ... your staff are credit to you.

Best pub in Looe! Superb views, food is the best pub grub we’ve had. Great selection of drinks, the staff are helpful and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. We can’t wait to come back!

Wowww the food was amazing!!! We decided to eat here twice during our stay in Polperro as we couldnt find anywhere that had a big menu and wasnt just based on seafood. Everything is freshly cooked to order! You will need patience as they are short staffed and try there best while running around like headless chickens to take orders and bring them out, they are a credit to the company!! We came last night and we didnt get to try the deserts as we needed to get going as it was getting late. We will defiantly be coming here again next time we are visiting Looe!! Thank you 😀
