Besides seeing my beloved family, a potato fritter from Heamoor Chip Shop is the highlight of visits to Penzance! Damon and all the other staff are always so friendly, they are people I consider family friends!My uncle, auntie and gran get fish and chips here every Saturday (seemingly without fail). When I go to visit them, I get to join in on this delicious dinnertime tradition and I LOVE it! Their food has been spot on, consistently, for years and years.When you go to Wetherspoons or macdonalds, you half expect your food to be cold, or otherwise lacking. You will never be dissatisfied after a trip to Heamoor Chip Shop though! I discovered potato fritters at Heamoor Chip shop, and I won't have one elsewhere cause any other would disappoint me.Thanks for all the delicious meals you've made for my family and I. I wish you did deliveroo to exeter haha

Good fish and chips. Not the largest or the cheapest but very yummy, cooked fresh. 2020 post.2021 post, really gone down hill. Chips really soggy fish a nice size lovely but batter poor.

Not the cheapest, but absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked beautifully still lovely and moist, nice crisp thin batter and the chips were really really good, can't fault it.

Very tasty fish and chips. Quite a big queue on the Saturday we visited but worth the wait. No chip forks during the pandemic so had to find another way to eat this in the car!
