Booked a spa package with my daughter. Included a high tea, treatment and use of spa facilities. The high tea was up there with the best I've had. The treatment was lovely and relaxing, well executed. The staff were all very friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. All of this made up for the fact that this very beautiful building could do with a little makeover in one or two areas. We will back though and thank you 😊

We are staying here at the moment. The heating in our room doesn't work. Cold air is being blown out instead of hot air The towel rail doesn't work. Its freezing. Staff have just told me that there have been problems with the heating system for 15 years and it was my fault for touching the controls in the room! Appalling. Don't stay here

Went to Hustyns for Mothers Day lunch and it was absolutely fantastic meal. One of the best meals i have had out in a long time with great service especially the hard working guy in there, Every course was well presented and 5 star ,lovely touch with a balloon and present . Well done top chef will be back again in the future .

We stayed here on the 22nd and 23rd of January and I would just like to say We wasn’t happy. The water was cold at the swimming pool, and the showers weren’t working properly and when they did they was cold. We was told the boiler or something was broken. All the sealant in the showers and bathrooms were just dirty or black. Building felt tired and run down. The shower in our hotel room was also cold, me and my partner couldn’t wash ourselves. I was very disappointed in this hotel and I don’t think we will be making a return. Hotel needs work on it, just felt old, tired, cold and run down. Honestly I wouldn’t advise visiting this place.

Just not worth it anymore. The "chef" does not know the difference between rare, medium and well done not to mention the in-betweens. I asked for medium-rare, was medium well, my friend asked for medium and he could not even cut the burger. They forgot to bring the beer included and afterwards they brought hot beers when we finished eating the only edible thing - chips and the burger sauce. The burger was just awful, cold, dry and overcooked. The second night the "1/2 kg mussels" were brought cold with barely any white wine sauce underneath. The pizza costs 4 pound more just to add "fior di latte" on top but they bring the most oily pesto cheap dry cheese pizza you have ever tried. It's like everything they do now is just to trick you visually AT FIRST and eventually settle for less. Because the things that I'm complaining about should be child's play for any restaurantAnd don't even get me started on the outdated, COLD, not cleaned room( and bathroom) with leaking shower.Save yourself some money, and some stress and come here only for the spa, don't sleep for 130 pound a night and don't eat.

What a beautiful place. Hiding away in countryside only few miles from Wadebridge. Roads are typical for the area, cornish single track roads so if you have another car on the road little bit of maneuvering is required. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff absolutely fantastic, helpful and very courteous. Food that we had was of the high quality. Our Christmas Dinner was so good. Gravy had a little Christmasy hint of pine. Compliments to the head cook. Our room was spacious with ample space to move around. The colour scheme with earthly brown colours were complimented with few colour coordinated pictures that gave the room extra warmth. Big TV had number of TV channels that provide range of programs for anyone's taste. Bathroom was spacious probably 12x18 feet. Bath was deep and easily 6 foot or more in length and 3+ feet wide. Toilet, bidet, wash basin and shower cubicle were spotlessly clean. On the site there were other facilities available like swimming pool, sauna, gym, massage treatment rooms unfortunately we have not been able to use this time. We are looking forward to return to the hotel and have peace and quiet time. In the nearby pine woods you can enjoy your walks without much of interference by other individuals. Mobile phone networks do not reach the site but you can use the WiFi on the site.

Had the most amazing stay here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The staff were super helpful and really friendly from booking to checking out and everything in between. We had a 3 course meal and every course we loved and a stone massage before we checked out which was heavenly! Thank you for a great stay

We recently held our end of season dinner and dance at Hustyns and had an amazing evening! From start to finish they couldn’t do enough!Right from the start Laura was an absolute gem and nothing was too much trouble! She made the whole process of arranging a large event easy!We had a 3 course meal and the food was amazing! A lovely choice of food options and they went out of their way to cater for vegetarians and vegans! The evening went swimmingly with no hiccups and everyone had an amazing time! All of the bar staff and waiting staff couldn’t have done anymore! So thank you all at Hustyns for making our evening so brilliant! We will definitely be back (if you will have us again 😂)
