Always had good service and no complaints with my fish & chips. So far very friendly staff at every visit.

First time for this shop and sorry to say the last. Got home and was given a gravy sauce not curry. Batter was soggy under my cod so scraped it off my chips. Couple of my chips were undercooked. No salt and vinegar. No forks. More expensive than the new one on the double roundabout and no way as good.

Arrrgh! Everything was great but they gave us the wrong sauces with our meals and no salt and vinegar as we asked for. Chips and fish were well cooked and nice. It seemed a bit chaotic in there but overall it was good.

Really friendly place. And served very quickly. Would recommend!

Unfortunately the title of 'award winning' fish and chips couldnt be said for my meal today. But that still wasnt the worst part. The elderly woman behind the counter was beyond rude. Her tone her body language and the way she spoke to me was down right awful. i waited outside for mine since it was busy and obviously covid-19. when mine was ready she aggressively knocked on the window and starting waving her hands about like i was holding her up! The women was so awful the two younger girls working with her looked like they werent aloud to talk unless spoken to! I feel sorry for them, what an awful place to work.The meal itself was fresh, nice and hot even when i got home 20 minutes later. I only asked for a medium sized fish but it was so small and skinny i think i lost weight when eating it. My cheesey chips werent keep sepertaly and my cheese melted all on to the batter of my fish so it went nice and soggy =)All and all it was pretty terrible would not reccomend there are way better places around with nice people as well.

Staff very friendly. Food freshly cooked. Fish & chips wer amazing. I only found out about Hutchinson this week and I've already eaten from there 3 times. Keep up the amazing good food. Its definitely worth a visit for fantastic hot fresh food.

Came here whilst on holiday in the week what a lovely chip shop it was really friendly staff and the portions were massive i had the king size cod which was the size of a whale and cooked right and not greasy and also had some chips and a large suasage which once again i didnt expect to be so big lovely food really enjoyed it thank you guys for a lovely chippy tea 5 stars from me

Always Fresh & Crispy. The Curry Sauce is a Dark Spicy one,.... not the wish-wash pale yellow that is the usual in Chippies. You can also get a fresh cuppa. Staff are always friendly & helpful.
