Staying in the area on holiday and in truth this is the worst fish and chips we’ve tasted. The fish was over cooked and so dry and we gotMore tiny off cut of chips than normalChips. Even the gherkins were soft. Was so looking forward to this but was hugely disappointed. The waste bin did well though. avoid

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE IN CORNWALL - AVOID! I have been to this chippy numerous times and whilst the chips are okay, the fish is thin and does not taste very fresh at all. I went last night and ordered and was asked to wait outside despite the fact there was no-one else in and it had started raining quite heavily. I did not have a coat and when I pointed this out, I was told that I still had to wait outside IN THE RAIN!!! I asked to speak to the Owner who would only talk to me outside in the rain. He told me "that is the way things are done now," and when I pointed out that Covid restrictions ended last year and that even Hospitals and Surgeries do not require masks anymore, he walked off!

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. very good quality and excellent value for money. I will be going back again soon. Well worth a visit.

Closes at 7,30pm although when I attended at 7:20pm I was told they had finished cooking and only had chip or a sausage.

Good fish and chips, reasonable prices, helpful staff and super quick turnaround on the order too!

Great tasty food and friendly staff. Very busy busy.(parking nearby can be a bit of an issue) Small shop, so good system in place of only two in at a time to order and given a number to wait outside till order is called. Full marks for keeping the orders coming out asap.

Used to go in here every time we were in the area and they were the best chips ever! ... went in yesterday and I don't know if it was a blip but the chips tasted musty and not good at all... shame as we were very impressed with the covid regs being adhered to and the chips looked good but just didn't taste good at all... sure the seagulls have enjoyed them as we couldn't eat them

Reasonably priced and pretty good quality. Using a sensible 1 customer in at a time system and bringing your food out to collect outside.It was very busy when we went and the parking can be a bit of a nightmare but as it's the only chippy in Liskeard, if you want F&c then this is your only option.

Great service and always buy fish and chips here because guaranteed its fresh and tasty. Good size portions too!Tried others in the area and this wins " Hands down" as the best.Keep carrying on doing the same Ian - Liskeard needs you!All the best 👍
