The food was very tasty and we enjoyed what we had. We only had to wait 15 minutes so not too long. My only issue for not giving 5 stars is the price. A lot more expensive than my Chinese at home and I've never had to buy prawn crackers before normally they are given free

Girl behind counter extremely rude !!!’ Asked her how long got told 15-20 minutes which is acceptable, before I got chance to ask if I could wait in premises she walked off and never came back, no please or thankyou !!!! It’s a real shame because food is lovely but because of her I won’t be coming back again. Mei kitchen from now on !!!!

not only did we get told to wait 30 mins which turned into over 40 mins food wasn’t brilliant then found a fly in my food

We didnt even bother ordering from here in the end as the food hygiene rating only has 3 stars not good enough when things are only just opening back up :(

Disgusting customer service!We had friends staying over and recommended this take-away.We ordered a signapore fried rice - minus meat - expecting some prawns and vegetables. What we received was a large portion of fried rice! When calling the restaurant we were told 'fish is meat!' When I questioned this I was told, 'English people say fish is meat' and he said, 'I need to ask Google!'. After a lengthy conversation of explanation about food groups I was told, 'I will ask the university'. After several attempts tp explain the difference, the phone was disconnected.Not happy

Visiting on holiday. Plus points are the food was very good (the main thing), but we had to wait quite a while (over 1/2 hour). Think the guy was on his own taking orders and cooking. Also the food agency rating was not displayed (well not that I could see) but on checking is only a 3/5 which is not great.Would go again as long as I had the time fir the wait.

Food is great, I really enjoyed the Singapore style noodles and my wife enjoyed the chicken curry. The downsides are they seem to be very under staffed and the food takes ages. It was about 55 minutes for a collection order. Definitely ring up beforehand as you could be waiting a really long time inside. Portions are slightly under average size too. I get that where I come from in the Midlands we probably have above average sized portions. But if you are hungry and have an appetite then I would probably order more than you usually would or have a snack/starter first.

Really quite surprisingly bad.The prawn crackers (paid for) were very thin and greasy.The pancake roll was HUGE but unfortunately so greasy that it couldn't hold itself together.The Singapore fried rice was average. Not terrible but dry.The king prawn kung po was also fine. It would have been nice to have more than three cashews and for the prawns not to be so overcooked.That leaves the beef chow mein. It was genuinely terrible, the worst I've ever had. The beef and vegetables had no flavour at all, and the noodles tasted as though they'd been mixed with an instant noodle seasoning pack. The noodles were also a different type to the ones usually used for chow meins, so the texture was completely off. All in all, too unpleasant to eat.100% avoid. I would have returned this food if I hadn't already waited 40 minutes for it then driven 20 minutes away.

Good points, service prompt and friendly. Portion size good.Bad; Was very disappointed as the reviews were good. Hot & sour soup was more like sweet and mildly spicy soup, it was atrocious it went in the bin. Singapore Chowmein was sloppy and bland. I cant personally recommend! For 35 quid not impressed!

Not happy I had to wait over an hour for our food. They said it was a 30 min wait what really made me mad was a man came in and ordered a big order and with in 15mins he had his meal given to him . My kids were getting bored waiting I wish we gone and got fish and chips the food was not that good chips were dry and the rest of the food well can’t think of what to say will not b going there in a hurry hurry 😡😩
