This is a lovely place with super staff and amazing quite different food. I would say unique, certainly to Truro and well worth a visit. Lots of vegetarian vegan and gluten free produce and everything is super fresh and delicious. I could rattle off a whole load of recommendations but instead I'll just say Go There, it's great :)

Stumbled on Sabzi whilst looking for a quiet coffee spot. Firstly great coffee but turns out to be a hidden gem. I ended up with a delicious guilt free salad bowl that was packed with Mediterranean/middle Eastern flavours topped off with really good hummus. This is a name that I think I'll be seeing more of.

This place gets 5¼ stars: five for the restaurant, and a quarter for that indefinable extra pinch of magic. They just get absolutely everything right. The food is subtle, varied, exotic and consistently delicious. The staff are nice. They've got an eye on the environment for everything they do, especially their packaging. It's amazing that so much goodness can get packed into such a tiny place!

First time trying here today and wasn't disappointed. The lunchbox was delicious and full of flavour . The chocolate and milkshake I got wasn't bad either :). Also a friendly welcome and service by the staff. Will definitely be back again

A fabulous gem of a place in the heart of Truro. Amazing food, and friendly service. A must if you’re looking for something authentic and healthy to excite your tastebuds...also treat yourself to a jar of “Little Cornish - Triple Berry Jam” to take home. Scrumptious!

Let me start by saying how warm and friendly the greeting is from Kate and the girls in her team. The food that Sabzi produce is fresh, flavourful and most importantly extremely tasty! The coffee is the best I've ever tasted as are their cookies and peanut butter cups. I am so glad to have Sabzi here in Truro. My visits there are always a high point in my day.

What a treat to stumble upon the little gem! The deli had exactly what we were looking for, great produce sourced and sampled both locally far (not too much choice, but just enough knowledge for great recommendations). We purchased some tasty jam and got distracted by the food, sampled a salad box and a tasty dhal with mint yogurt topping (would definitely recommend!). We were also pleasantly surprised by how tasty the freshly ground coffee and mint teas were. If you are just passing by, its worth nipping in and grabbing one of these to get you day off to a great start! Thanks Kate and team
