Kfc in Cornwall

Take away has always been good, hot and correct.That's the positives out of the way! If you want to take your family to eat cold food somewhere you have to ask for, cups (drink bottle came as part of the meal), forks, napkins, paper plates for the kids! You name it we had to ask!The staff looked annoyed they were being interrupted from their conversations and generally unhelpful.All this whilst you sat in a drafty, cold space where the tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned around us.To add to the ambiance it felt like eating in a cross between a taxi office and Uber eats with, at times, 8 delivery drivers sat occupying the space. They were all loud and permanently in and out to their vehicles leaving the door open every time making the place even colder. Did not witness more than one carry food out/delivering food, just seemed like this was their office.Combine this with unisex bathrooms and it's not a place my kids felt comfortable going to the toilet on their own.Do better KFC

Ordered through Deliveroo and missing 3 portions of gravy. Instead we received 2 beans and 2 coleslaw which we hadn't ordered. Who on earth is choosing beans or coleslaw as a side at KFC? Seriously who are you and what is wrong with you? Why is it even on the menu? It's average at best. Don't we all go just for the gravy. Suitably disappointed.

Slow... Like glacially and in the times I've visited I've only once had what I've ordered. It's got to the point that it's genuinely impressive how they manage to give you precisely what you haven't ordered. 5 sides of chips.... And literally no idea why

Food was very hot and quickly served, however the drive Thru queue was very long, which I understand isn't necessarily their fault. They ran out of lids for the refill cups. Leaving us with plastic lids that didn't fit properly. Wish this was mentioned before ordering the food.

Ordered to take over to travel lodge. Waited 10 mins for chicken to cooked and ok. Piping hot and crispy ccoating although too greasy. Fries on otherhand were awful. Stone cold limp and tasteless.nothing like crispy hot fries ive had from other branches. Imagine they were waiting 10 mins in The bag while chicken was cooked although would say even hot they would be bleak. No idea who or how they are cooked but new chip cooking plan needed. No hot drinks available. Disappointing. Chicken was eaten, chips were binned. Not sure even the seagulls would be impressed!

I ordered the zinger stacker burger meal when I bit in to the burger the chicken was like plastic and very grey so I took it back and told and showed the staff member who was very helpful and they replaced it with a fresh one which was really nice

Luke warm inedibly greasy fried chicken which taste like it has been sitting in cold oil for a long time and refried more than once.Rancid fat which probably hasn't been changed after a while. Please do stick with your standard operating procedure, clean, change the oil in your deep fat fryer regularly & Adhere to temperature control.This is seriously bad case of miss management

We drove to go here and judging it on being a KFC it was nice, you actually get quite alot in the one person buckets, reasonably cheap. The restaurant was freezing while eating so kept our coats on and will probably stay in the car next time but for me who goes there rarely I thought the meal was value for money.

Tried to use several times, but queue was too long. Went this time as only 4 cars in the queue, but it took over half an hour to get our order taken and we were unable to reverse out due to other cars joining the queue. After ordering, it took about 15 minutes to get the food. My wife asked nicely for a manager and was told there was none. Strangely, a manager was available when I raised my voice. Just got excuses, but the simple thing that was very obvious was that the staff we could see through the window were operating at about half the speed of any other fast food places that I've been to.

One of the Cleanest stores I have ever visited including the toilets that were immaculate. The staff were on the ball even with shortage of supplies. The food didn't have too much sauce on the burger like you usually get from KFC, perfect. Well done to the staff!
