KFC St Austell in Cornwall

Staff are great and food is tasty - but always sold out of gravy! This is probably the main reason I love KFC and am met with nothing but disappointment when the gravy runs dry 😔

The old skinny lady was very rude and she has poor costumer service we prefer to not take order from her and we just left the KFC straight away

Great service, friendly staff, got the short straw chicken so not so good today, and always KFC chips suck!!!

Chicken was amazing as always and very friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have the chips tho since they changed them so I go next door and get McDonald's chips to go with my chicken

Biggest disappointment about this KFC is they have stopped selling regular Pepsi. One of the biggest selling soft drinks of all time, and they stop selling it. You couldn't make it up could you? On the counter by the til theres even a sign saying this resturant no longer sells regular Pepsi but try this other drink, well I did and it was disgusting. And I can't stand Pepsi Max as it tastes like treacle, well to me it does. So this ruins the whole KFC experience for me.

Miles better than the Bodmin KFC, but to be fair things like KFC or Macdonalds should be in the main town. So while your browsing the shops, you can grab a take away or sit inside rather than having to try and fight with the traffic and re-park as it is. Nightmare in the summer as there are too many things jammed in that small space, then they add a Tesco Express in there for good measure. They should sack a few in the Council for this! Oh and its a shame we had to smuggle in our own regular Pepsi as they don't sell it anymore which seems ridiculous.

Can't fault thus kfc. Always very quick at service. Clean tables and toilets and staff are pretty friendly unlike some places where they look like they are being forced into slave labour.

Other than 1 time I have always had a good experience. Food has always been fast(ish), order has always been correct, food has always been of a half decent fast food quality. The only issue I have ever had was when I checked my order on the way out and a sauce pot was missing, I quickly returned to query and the member of staff launched at me across the counter and turned away while doing so. I let my feelings known and walked away. I can put that down to a one off though.

Very busy place. The staff worked hard and fast to get everyone's order out as fast as possible. Great team work. Well done

Lovely food fast delivery.... But when they run out of creamy mash. Which has happened to me before. They should put in fries. Instead of nothing. 😳
