Kfc in Cornwall

absolutely awful experience! they ran out of gravy, said they’d give us extra chips with it, didn’t get any! my boyfriend ordered a burger, came with no lettuce! paid for an extra side and didn’t receive it! had no lemon wipes, had to go in and ask for napkins and also the whole menu is not on the self serve screen! have a bad experience everytime i come here, they always run out of something or mess up the order!

The worst experience I have ever had at a KFC. Ordered bargin bucket. They ran out of chicken. Had to wait nearly an hour. The given hot bites with cold sauce. Asked to verify that the sauce was cold because the bottle had just been taken of the chiller. Shocking service.

Small KFC, slight queue for drive thru with about 15 min wait due to short staff. Worker on drive thru was polite and friendly and thanked the customers waiting for their patience. That goes a long way in my opinion. Cannot comment like others on the cleanliness inside but all seemed OK on the outside.

Have been to this KFC a fair amount since it opened, its never been the cleanest (tables are generally dirty, tables do not get cleared quickly and nobody seems to clean the floor throughout the day) and has always had huge issues with orders being incorrect / being incredibly slow, to be honest I'm writing this now due to the fact I waited 25 minutes for a singular fillet burger meal yesterday mid-afternoon when it wasn't really that busy.The only time it was half decent was when they had a proper leader out front being vocal with everyone and that didn't last long, now / in the past staff just sort of mope about without any real direction or purpose everything seems lethargic and labored, staff casually chatting and doing jobs that really shouldn't be the priority which obviously comes from lack of leadership / poor decision making, when you have like 6 orders on the board it shouldn't take the sixth order 25 minutes to get their food.Surprised this place hasn't had a kick up the backside from higher ups as they are so poor in comparison to the recently opened McDonalds down the road.

I advise you to steer clear of this KFC, having tried it multiple times over the years i can tell you the speed of service has always been awful be it the drive through or dining inside. I feel the staff are without proper management or training

No words! The entire experience was negative who ever owns or runs this store needs to really sort it out. Kids half terms are planned a year in advance you should not put your staff under so much unnecessary stress.

Absolutely filthy, bins overflowing, food and rubbish over the floor and toilets not much better. If that's the areas you can see, what are the ones that you can see like? Food order touch screens did not have full menu on there so had to use counter ordering which took the best part of 30 minutes to do and get our food Had run out of bottles of drink and food was barely average.

The drive through is a joke, 30min in a being the next car in line, literally nothing moved for 30mins, they are going to have such a shock when the mc Donald's opens down the road. The worst service I have ever had anywhere, the chips when I got them where cold and soggy, the service last week in the store was slightly faster and that was only because the drive through was closed. I only come here here as there's no kfc in my area if they had one near Truro and closer than Camborne I would go there instead on my way home

Waited almost 50minutes in the drive thru. Worst kfc ever visited, staff very rude , kfc management should look into the situation here. Slow service.

Tonight I fancied a KFC with my partner. What a mistake this was! After waiting in the long que I pulled into the car park thinking it would be quicker than the slow moving at time stopped que for the drive through only to find out the resurant was full. So we rejoined the drive through que again. Only when you get close enough to see a sign saying apologies for delays due to equipment! Where you can't no longer turn round. We order a bargain bucket 10 peice £14.99 plus sauces. After nearly an hour we get our food and pay. Only to find out when we get back home to eat only to find they had given us the wrong order. 3 boxes with chicken wrap chicken burger with hash brown vicarious chicken not what we ordered but thought oh well best eat what we had after such a long wait only to find that everything nearly cold! After eating a small amount I ended up throwing most of it away and calling KFC Bodmin to complain and ask for a refund! Astonish to be told that they ate not authorized to do refunds! I asked to talk to the managed to which the reply was I am the manager! I ask to talk to her superior and when I was told he was available I ask for the name and number of her superior to which she said I cant give you this. It is my right as it is yours that if the order you pay for is not correct that a full refund is your right and not a credit when you next return. What make them think I wish to return after such bad service and rude and unhelpful manager. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! I will take this further. No stars for this place sadly. Had to put 1 star to post but not deserved!
