Kfc in Cornwall

I had a fabulous experience eating in at this restaurant, where I was served quickly by staff that I could check with if my order had been received! The chicken fillets and chips were yummy; I ate them in a comfortable window seat. I liked the inclusion of KFC slogans on the walls, especially the lit-up one, and cleanliness had been maintained!

The store as a whole was great. The staff made it great. But kfc as a company them guys in the offices are what make it not worth going. The app is shocking more than the previous version. There trying to find more ways to say there giving when there not. There making a premium price on chicken and chips and soft drink. Where was my chance to win and fame on your new app. Stop sending me notifications saying chance to win then nothing when u log in to your app that you have had developed. Burger King app is awesome and McDonald's app is sensational. All for less financial input by the consumer. The colonel really is dead and some corporate wanna be is now in office. You disagree phone me and I'll tell you why I pick your competitors over you 9 times out of 10

Service was fine (seemed a bit understaffed but not their fault).I am, however, completely and utterly baffled by the toilets.Who on earth implements a unisex toilet with multiple stalls, and separates the stalls by gender?Each stall had exactly the same setup (toilet and sanitary bin), but were labelled with "male" and "female" figures, along with the braille indicating each one.Right idea, completely wrong execution.Needless to say, I used whatever was free as it doesn't matter in the slightest which one you go in.

Food is always really nice, although I only get the vegan chicken burger (never the chips 🤢). Wait time is horrific, but with that said I think it's down to being understaffed. The staff themselves are lovely and trying their hardest.Vegetarian options: Lush vegan chicken burger.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 avoid not a clean seat in the place didn’t even order just walked out

Fast food? Not at all, if they told you when you ordered that they were short staffed and there would be a 40 minute wait I could have made the decision to wait or no....a little work on their customer service is required I feel.No beans, no gravy, no corn on the cob...only 3 of the 4 portions of chips...That KFC is a fail.

Order made and paid for and sent to wait in bay. Bag given but missing £ worth of items from order so have to go in and ask for the items they hadn't included that we paid for. Check your order before you leave as every order is like this. The customer service when you go into sort it out is incredibly poor. They just did not care and there was no communication as they just walked off and did nothing. Had to wait 20 minutes to finally sort the order out.

Ordered at the touch screens then waited almost half an hour for our food. There were only 3 other tables in there and could see the staff at the back chatting!! Another man had also been waiting over half an hour. After food we went and ordered ice creams at the touch screens for the 5 children I was with, waited 10 mins only to be told thier ice-cream machine wasn't working. By this point I'd already told the kids the ice creams were coming!! Then had to wait a further 10 mins for the manager to come and give me a refund. Decided to ask the manager if she would give me a discount on cookies for the kids instead as I'd promised icecreams and the machine let me order them! She said I could have 8 cookies for £5.97or 7 for £5.97. Cookies are 4 for £3 so not really a discount! Bins were over flowing, loads of staff that clearly had no clue what they were supposed to be doing. Very dissapoint, poor customer service and won't be going back.

KFC Camborne where do I start. After waiting at the till for over 10 minutes I was told by a member of staff due to them being very busy I could be waiting a further 15 To 20 minutes. To which my reply was ok fine. Then the same member of staff comeback to me after 10 minutes and says was I able to pay by card at the touch screen stand as they weren’t staffed enough to take cash. My reply was I’m not paying cash and you have made me wait 20 minutes here to tell me that. So I went to machine to or which frankly are as help as the staff and actually slower than them which is hard to believe. Plus a lot of people like myself do not like to use the touch screens and prefer to pay cash at the till

It's sad, really. Seems like it's managed badly and needs an intervention! Anytime I go there's a big wait at the drive through, even when there's not a lot of cars. Lots of menu items not available is a standard. One time I really wanted a rice box and they were out of rice. I want a krushems and it's not available. They don't give you napkins, salt or cutlery in the bag. And that time today when I found a triangular piece of sharp (!) blue plastic in the chicken batter, sticking out. At least we got our money back but it's so off putting. It's a shame as I love the KFC chicken and other offerings so there isn't much of an alternative around..
