It's OK very standard pub with basic menu. Bit pricey our meal plus two soft drinks came to £49. The barman couldn't even be bothered to look at you, poor American next to me asked for ketchup, was told he was bar staff ask waitress. No smile nothing, rude. But waitresses were charming.

We had an evening meal here. I had fish and chips and I have to say it was the best fish and chips I've ever had. Beautifully cooked just lovely. My husband had steak hecsaid the same was outstanding. The staff are so friendly really helpful. Highly recommend must go

Lovely place...We parked up here with the intention of going to the castle. There was a mobility issue getting there, so we did the next best thing. We called in here for "refreshments".A lovely barman served us with great ales and a smile. We offered to buy bottled water for our little dog, however he insisted we could fill our water bottle with their iced water for free. Beer tasted great, the weather was lovely and even allowed my wife to have a taster of Rattlers Pineapple Cider (of which she then ordered a pint, even though she doesn't like pineapples).Toilets were spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our short experience.

Absolutely no regrets. Price could be more friendly, but we enjoyed every single step there. Highly recommended, especially for families with kids who love to explore historical places. It might be quite challenging for kids who get tired quickly as there are long walks. The only disappointment was Merlin caves banned access.

great breakfast let down by a cheap sausage. I often find that the bacon, eggs and other breakfast items are great but for some reason the sausages just are no up to snuff. This is a case in question. The rest of the breakfast was lovely but the sausage had more fillers/cereal than meat and was only grilled on one side. A suggestion, My own favorite breakfast cafe allows you to upgrade your sausage to a Cumberland or a Farmers Pork if you wish for a small extra charge.

Solo traveler. Stayed here 3 nights and would have stayed here longer if I could have. It's very central with Tintagel castle just down the road. Everything is in walking distance from buses, attractions, and food. It's on the main road. At this time they serve breakfast in the morning and it is very delicious. Everyone was very nice and answered any questions I had. The shower in my bathroom was amazing.

We had a day out in Tiintagel on Sunday and decided to walk to the Castle and Merlin's cave on the beach. When we walked back up the killer hill we were starving and decided to pop to King Arthur's Arms Inn for a Sunday Roast. The choices were Pork or beef, both I'm not keen on so opted for the Veggie options. The nut roast was light and tasty and the beef looked lean. Both of us had roast potatoes and vegetables plus the delicious Yorkshire pudding. Lots of gravy was offered to us. The food was excellent for the price. It's not high brow, but just a pub grub lunch. It filled us up and that was the idea.I only gave 4 stars as no one wore a mask but there were many people in the pub. I felt as though I was put in a vulnerable position. We ate and left as soon as we could.

Decent English food. Generous portions and good value for money. Try the Purple Rain cocktail, it's delicious. Serving was rather quick. We had a great time here. This was the only place open and they could accept cards. The wind badly affected the places nearby and they only accepted cash. It was hard to get any because the cash machines were down too.

Expensive and not great quality of food. Stopped in after waiting for a shop to reopen. Had a cream tea with coffee (single scone) kids had two portions of cheesy chips cost £16.95The service was quick, I couldn't believe they are charging £11,00 for 2 chessy chips consisting of 10 overcooked chips on each plate and some over melt cheese. The kids left them as being inedible. Unfortunately doesn't matter how bad the pub is it will always have custom due to location and tourists.

Friendly staff. Clean and nicely spaced out tables. Not to busy although we got there at 12.00 we hadn't booked but were offered a table and our food turned up 10 minutes after we ordered. Sunday roast with 5 veg, roast pots, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Very generous portion!!
