Kingsley Cafe in Cornwall

Went to visit yesterday, Saturday at 8am and it was closed! Website says it open at 7am and so does the sign on the main door, I could see the staff in there stocking up, maybe they forgot to unlock the door?……

Visited the Starbucks at Kingsley Village over the Easter weekend on Saturday.Very disappointed with everything. Had a cinnamon swirl that just tasted of sugar and was sickly sweet and also pretty dried up. Had few bites and gave up.Also ordered a coffee and caramel frappe and a hot chocolate.The hot chocolate was made fairly quickly, but I had to wait for almost 15 minute's for my drink. After waiting and waiting and seeing people that had ordered after were getting their drinks I slowly lost it ! 😤I gave up and walked back to my seat without my drink.Then I staff member, I presume was the manager or supervisor approached me to resolve the issue. He told me he would sort it out and gave me a large one with a voucher for next time. He said they we're being trained and things we're slower than usual.Sam handled the situation really well. So well done 👍I pointed out that you couldn't hear what the girl was saying when she was leaving the drinks out that were ready. They we're being made randomly and not in order.Thanks for the voucher to make amends, but after that experience of Starbuck's I'd probably never recommend it. If you go to Kingsley Village just stick with the M&S Cafe instead.I hadn't been to Starbucks for year's as it would have been a Costa usually for me. I may have experienced a bad day, but it's put me off going again. Shame as I was looking forward to trying them again 🤨

Staff here are always so surly and rude. No idea why. They never smile or look happy and everything is such a chore for them Only use them if we must, as this is closest to us and v near M&S

This branch always seems to be closed !! But today I agreed to sit in the car with a coffee and wait. As it was only 15.15hrs , as w my wife walked in the woman in the shop was closing and didn't make eye contact , walked out and into her red car and drove off.We then spotted a couple in the street with coffees . Too late she was just closing 3.15pm not good Starbucks

Says its open until 5 on Google but came to 3pm and we were all asked to leave as they were shutting? Abit of a shame but Staff are always friendly and coffee is always good tho

Barely open, very poorly managed. Unable to get staff for the past 12months, so having to keep closing. Google may say its open but alot of the time it's shut. So doubled check before heading there

We visit frequently for drinks and cake, which is always wonderful. Staff are friendly, but the biggest let down is the toilet. There is only one toilet for customers and it was absolutely filthy. We went in just as it opened, so it should have been clean? The floor was filthy, and there was dust all along the edges of the walls. We expected more consideration for hygiene for such a big franchise.

The coffee was nice but the seating area could have done with a clean

SERVE THE CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP ! ...NOT JUST THE DRIVE THROUGH ! ... SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE ....15 MINS WAITING WHILE THE 2 PEOPLE WORKING ONLY SERVED DRIVE THROUGH CUSTOMERS

The best Starbucks in Cornwall. The Coffee quality and flavour is always consistent. The staff are always friendly and attentive and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Would definitely recommend
