Always a fun browse for groceries in Rock, though very limited dinner choices. Great coffee and cakes for take away.

Brilliant! A little supermarket to feel safe shopping in. Masks mandatory, great selection and helpful people.

Very, very poor customer service by both shop assistants, I felt genuinely upset after I left that one can be made to feel so dreadfully uncomfortable whilst visiting a shop. Please improve on your customer service and personal skills, it really will ensure someone else isn't made to feel the same way.

Very rude lady running the shop and never have I felt so unwelcome. Demanding we wore masks in a stern school teacher voice and then said my 2 children(9 and 6yrs old) had to wear masks too! Such a shame to witness such a negative way of running a shop. Definitely won't be giving her anymore of my money. Bring back Di's Dairy.

Great local deli and shop, I’m fortunate to shop here daily. I’m saddened to see such poor reviews as the staff here go above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of everyone. The intentions are sensible in light of the current pandemic.

Having travelled all over the world and lived in various places, I have never had the misfortune to come across such a horrible women working in retail. From the moment I entered until I walked out in disgust she treated me like a something she had on the bottom of her shoe. It has completely put me off returning to Cornwall again I was so appalled. My medical history is none of your business and asking me to prove my exemption and becoming so aggressive about it is illegal. Anyone working here should be ashamed of themselves. How they manage to have any customers at all is a complete surprise. Avoid at all costs, they are discriminatory and incredibly rude.

Absolutely terrible service and very rude! Demanded I sanitised my hands and wore a mask when I had my exemption on show !! (I have very bad skin problem so cannot use that stuff) she can over and had a go. Such a shame, surprised they get custom!

Great Deli, popped it to purchase a gift - great staff, felt they were trying to keep everyone safe - which was appreciated..

This business is running a discriminatory no mask no entry policy. When challenged, the management states that you require either a certificate of exemption or a government issued lanyard, neither of which actually exist. This is in breach of disability equality legislation, which carries the penalty of business and personal fines. Please spend a few minutes reading the guidelines, rather than just making them up.

To have a deli like this one open 7 days a week from 9-8pm in a small village is a great convenience. Yes it is slightly overpriced but then it is situated in a very remote area! It probably relies on the peak season to stay afloat for the rest of the year when Rock is pretty much deserted. Lewis’s offers a broad range of fresh produce, bread, cheese and basic staples. I particularly like the sourdough bread. Always visit when I stay in Rock, and highly recommend to tourists and visitors.
