Lusty Glaze Beach Restaurant in Cornwall

Lovely dog friendly restaurant/cafe on the beach. Can't comment on the rooms as I have never stayed. Sometimes closed due to private functions so best to call ahead.

We were incredibly lucky to have Chef Richard Mason cater for a private dinner for my boyfriend and me. From initial communication through to the bill, I cannot fault the chef on anything - kind, helpful & clearly very talented..it took one course for me to decide he would be the go-to chef for any future dinners, lunches or weddings we might have! For starter we had king prawns, main was steak & chips for the boyfriend and a seafood linguine for me, and dessert was a selection of various delights - there wasn’t a single plate that wasn’t scraped clean. It was absolutely delicious! And the setting is outstanding, with the interior decor just beautiful and the beach & sunset making the spot just a gem of a find. One of the best evenings we have had for a long time!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were here for a wedding! It was lovely! Loved the service there, the staff and the location. There is a lot of steps to get to the location but it's a very private beach which cliff at all sides - so it's worth the effort!

We are using the beautiful beach here, there is accommodation here but we have no details. The beach is lovely and the food and atmosphere are great, with friendly staff. You can hire jet skis here which looks fun. There are a lot of steps down to and back up from the beach, so check them out first.

Wonderful place for a great view of the Ocean. Sitting on the deck of the cottage at Lusty Glaze with hot coffee or a glass of red wine.However for me the place needs an update. Several things are looking very tired. Three nights stay around £900 pounds, should be on top form.Having said that I still had a wonderful time.Also the staff are first class...!!So on that note.....Fantastico....tornerò presto....!!As we say in Italian...!!

Due to the storm the restaurant was closed, but we enjoyed a nice drink. All the fires were lit and we were made very welcome. :)

This beautiful space is a blessing on a beach. Owner managed by Tracey Griffiths who has a huge heart, her recent initiative allows people who need to simply have space to catch the breath and work or connect in a breathtaking space.Great coffee, beautiful cakes, great staff and warm log fires and the ocean doing it's thing outside. This is the best of Cornish hospitality and kindness too.

This is a one of third beaches in Newquay area.Newquay town has 3 beaches all of them are spectacular and they are very beauty.You need to fin a car park where you park, each of them has public car park they are not free but reasonable just don’t forget to pay 💰 and display.They are very good for walking around and enjoy with your family and friends also dogs 🐕.They are a lot caffe shop 🏬 and restaurants however in winter ❄️ time some of them you can find close.Sites-seen are pictures from mountains 🏔, beaches, rocks and a lot of lobster , corals , oysters and they are alive on sticks on rocks .On winter period they are not crowded and plenty free and available coffee ☕️ shops 🏬 and restaurants.I strongly recommend you need to visit winter time as well, it’s completely different adventure you feel relaxing 😎 and enjoy 😉.

Visited here for a friend's wedding and the venue is absolutely stunning in a picturesque location.The staff were attentive, food was good and the venue was absolutely spotless.I understand the toilets are dated and can be temperamental with lots of visitors, however with the prices charged you'd like to think a mains sewer connection or better solution would be offered in this day and age.The main reason for only 4 stars is drinks prices (beer is £6.50 a pint)! I understand that they have to get it down to the beach, etc. but this is pure profiteering knowing that customers have little choice of going elsewhere once down the stairs at the beach. Being in the industry, I know they will be paying circa £1.50 a pint to buy this in, make of that what you will...
