Marks and Spencers in Cornwall

Marks and Spencer is a global house hold name. The quality of clothing you can get here speaks for itself.There is a very wide range of domestic products especially as it pertains to clothing outfits. It is always busy but the staff are always courteous and available to help you navigate through the sometimes multiple confusing options.

Such a shame the car park does not have automatic ANPR instead of stopping to present your ticket. One would have thought that at long last after introducing card payments for the car park, that you could drive through the exit automatically. Please consider installing this. Thank you.

Visited here while stopping in area, a very big Marks and Spencer. Super clean and all the staff were friendly. Has multiple floors very well signposted.The bakery is fantastic got a few treats from here, including sandwiches and trifles. Try the rasberry one it is amazing 👌🏼😉

The toilets smelt like urine had been left there for about 10 years

Easily accessible direct from the car park or from Lemon Quay. Not too busy though number of non-mask wearers is slowly increasing. Reasonable prices on clothes. Wasn't intending to buy anything but ended up doing so. Tried and trusted brand where expectations are normally met without any issues.

I was looking for a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge to take back to the hotel room as soaked to the skin and feeling pretty miserable due to the terrible weather in Truro. The fridge was not well stocked and left with one of the shelf. Just before leaving food hall a very kind gentleman handed me a freezing cold bottle of Prosecco on the house. Well done M&S you have restored my faith 😊Very happy lady

An enjoyable shopping experience right in Lemon Quay. Always a good selection at Msrks and Spencer's, ending you need a break, the restaurant upstairs does great coffee and food all day too with a great view.

We popped into Marks & Spencer Truro just to grab a bite to eat. It was really busy. We managed to get a table that a previous customer had just left. The staff were really propt in getting the table cleared and clean for us. The staff were really friendly and the food was more than ample for the price.
