McDonald's in Cornwall

Nice clean restaurant. Very automated staff, but polite enough.

Toffee latte had no syrup in felt like I’d ordered a latte with cream on. Bacon roll was burnt and flat looked like someone had crushed it with their fist food was warm but staff were whispering order numbers didn’t know when to even collect food.

It's about average for a McDonalds really. It mainly relies on the touch screen to order system. Food was ok, can't really slate or rave about the visit really. Did the job at the time. Plenty of parking as it's a service station that shares the space with other shops/outlets.

Poor customer service, staff only serving one side of drive thru and heard laughing at customers stuck in non moving side. Very pretty, food was ok but needed to be warmer.

Not bad for a McDonald's. Was busy but food served quick and for a change hot. If only the Bridgwater McDonald's could grasp the concept of fast food and hot food.

Frustrating as a lorry driver, I do a lot of night shifts, so thought I'd pull in for some Macdonalds on the site, concidering its meant to be a services station, only to discover to my horror the indoor section which is home to Macdonalds closes at night. Who's idea was it to build a services station to close it at night? Not all of us have the luxury to be home in bed every night. Always stop off here. Did is always fresh an served hot. Always wish I just ordered the chicken strips as this looks like a full meal.

Stood waiting for over 10 minutes without even being looked at. Others who had ordered through the app or on the screens in-store were being dealt with but little old me waiting to use the till was being ignored. Finally someone asks if I had been served yet to which I replied no sick of being ignored keep your bloody food and walked out. Disgusting service. Might I add it wasn't even slightly busy.

Could tell they were closing early in 20 mins. Utter slop and couldn't even be bothered to cook more fries so we got half a portion each of cold leftovers. AvOID. The rating of 1 star is more than this slop deserves.

Grateful to find a coffee stop on a long drive. Most needs catered for.I really can't understand why we pay twice as much as our erstwhile brethren in Europe for a warm drink... while they provide a biscuit or muffin free gratis in many places.Still, they don't have the rain to watch while they refresh.
