Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cornwall

Frustrating as a lorry driver, I do a lot of night shifts, so thought I'd pull in for some Macdonalds on the site, concidering its meant to be a services station, only to discover to my horror the indoor section which is home to Macdonalds closes at night. Who's idea was it to build a services station to close it at night? Not all of us have the luxury to be home in bed every night. Poor customer service, staff only serving one side of drive thru and heard laughing at customers stuck in non moving side. Very pretty, food was ok but needed to be warmer.

I have mixed options about this particular venue of Macdonalds. While its spacious in terms of as customers we can use the over spill section in the rest of the indoor services area if its very busy instead of the normal cramped area dedicated to the actual Macdonalds section, what I am frustrated with is as a services area for a hotel and lorry area, and even petrol garage on site, why is the services section which includes Macdonalds closing at night? Surely it should stay open 24/7? What's the point of a services station closing at night?

Stood waiting for over 10 minutes without even being looked at. Others who had ordered through the app or on the screens in-store were being dealt with but little old me waiting to use the till was being ignored. Finally someone asks if I had been served yet to which I replied no sick of being ignored keep your bloody food and walked out. Disgusting service. Might I add it wasn't even slightly busy.

Could tell they were closing early in 20 mins. Utter slop and couldn't even be bothered to cook more fries so we got half a portion each of cold leftovers. AvOID. The rating of 1 star is more than this slop deserves.

Great place here clean and tidy but the food was clod bit of a disappointment really especially as I waited over 15 minutes needs to be a bit faster here wasn't even busy when I arrived

Disappointed in their not having the Vegan urger. Disappointed In the Vegetarian Burger. Its changed from a pattie to two tiny deep fried pods with a few beans in..Kt must be a cost saving excercise. Will never have that again

Grateful to find a coffee stop on a long drive. Most needs catered for.I really can't understand why we pay twice as much as our erstwhile brethren in Europe for a warm drink... while they provide a biscuit or muffin free gratis in many places.Still, they don't have the rain to watch while they refresh.

Handy and pleasant services on A30 with multiple choices of foods/drinks available. Good sized seating area and ample parking. A useful WH Smithz and Co-op too. Does get busy in holiday season as people bring children to the play area. Lots of toilets so not usually a wait.

Good dog friendly stop off and stretch the legs enroute to Penzance. Prices and choices were better than most 👍
