Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cornwall

Just useless! I don't know if its a change in management or staff, but the last 3 months have been terrible. Every order we've placed has been wrong in some way, but today really does make me mad!Ordered a plain chicken legend, we even say "no sauce or lettuce please" - Got the order home and they've literally given us 2 bits of bread.... Incompetence doesn't even come close!

Firstly, if you're driving there watch out for the pot holes/meteor craters in the car park. If you do manage to make it to the car park wheels still in tact then you're probably in for more disappointment as the food will be luke warm if you're lucky and you are deffo in for a wait

Had breakfast yesterday and was not happy the order was wrong in a few ways and when the requested drinks weren't available the worker seemed like she had a can't be bothered attitude, talk about a customer facing role. I don't really want to go back as there was a public hair on the table so we had to move and coffee resembled milk instead of coffee.

Told to take a tent sign for table service but none there so had to wait to collect which was awkward with a load of shopping so sat close to the counter so I could hear my order called. Dirty table as usual. Overcooked burger, medium tea, only half filled cup so really a small and no milk as always so had to go back and try and get the attention of any one of 7 members of staff ignoring me just to get milk.. put it with the salt and napkins if you're gonna constantly forget! 😆

So small it barely functions as a fast food restaurant with it being so busy all the time and them seemingly prioritising Uber and such over people stood waiting in the restaurant for their "fast food" the staff numbers and size of the kitchen both need to increase.

Been a handful of times to this one, food is always fresh and pretty quick with the food as any other McDonald's. However they forgot my sauces the one time so cannot give my usual 4 stars.

Very popular with cars quite often queued back to the main road causing traffic issues, whenever we visit ( not very often) it appears to be the norm that hot chocolate and milk shake type drinks are not available, no such issues at other macdonalds in the area, so whats going on at this branch macdonalds??. All in all just another macdonalds

Website said no delivery to my address, so I ordered online. Very busy when I got there, but overtook the drive thru queue, noting the 2 distinctive vans at the back of the queue. App would not believe I was in the restaurant, so I had to confirm the order with a member of staff. Whilst I waited over 20 minutes, numerous delivery drivers came and went, from ubereats and deliveroo. Needless to say the 2 vans were long gone and a snarl up at the exit delayed my return home. If there is a next time, I will take a cool bag and use the driver thru.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, nice clean restaurant only thing was that the service was a little slow, the meal was ok though. There is parking and drive through at this location.
