Fantastic little restaurant if your going to Polperro make sure you book then you will have an amazing experience & wonderful food.

A lovely, quaint little restaurant tucked away in the narrow, charming streets of Polperro.Beautifully cooked and tasty food, if rather expensive. The service was somewhat ponderous and confused, with the waitresses not really seeming to know if we were waiting for menus, waiting to order food, waiting for drinks etc, but they were allways friendly and pleasant. It's not like it's a big restaurant either, just a few tables.Beware of the small colourful flowers used to garnish the food. The ones in our meals, were home to many tiny bugs, keenly spotted by our daughter.If I let my heart rule my head I'd give Michelle's a solid 4 stars, but I have to take into account the price, the inexplicably confused service and the bonus insect protein.

I have visited this outstanding restaurant many times over the years. How re-assuring when you book a dinner here and promise your guests it will be beautiful. Fresh wonderfully prepared food served by amazing staff. Those visiting please do not expect the courses to be served speedily. I am Happy to wait for this quality. The Seafood here is an utter delight. Thank you so much once again.

Had an amazing meal out Friday night, it was our first time visiting Michelle's. Service was very good, always checking we were ok, if we needed drinks. There was a bit of a wait for food, staff were apologetic, but you don't mind the wait when you know the dishes are being cooked fresh. By far the best seafood we've ever eaten. Definitely go back for next year's holiday

Had another excellent evening meal on Saturday. Scallops were really tasty & sea bass cooked to perfection. Lovely atmosphere , this is undoubtably the best restaurant in Polperro , good quality produce , very reasonable price ,lovely atmosphere - being able to see Michelle & her team cook is excellent .Once again thanks Michelle & your fab team , can’t wait to visit again. Amazing service, great fresh food, lovely atmosphere. We were there as a family group for a 60th birthday and all were catered for exceptionally well. Young children were welcomed and vegetarian options were excellent. The staff had decorated the table and written a birthday card which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend visiting especially for a special occasion.

Charming and competent staff serving high quality food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.Prices are reasonable and very good value, we paid €69 for 3 courses and a bottle of well chosen house wine.
