Tried this little gem for the first time today. The staff were warm and friendly, enjoyed giving our dogs some treats. The Ham was delicious eggs cooked perfectly and the chips extremely tasty. Good value for money. Next to some fishing lakes to take a short walk, if I had room left would have tried some of the wonderful looking cakes

Warm scones fresh cream and jam were possibly the best I have tasted. Fresh coffee not granules and pot of tea gives approx 4 small cups. Breakfast looked delicious on the next table. Cabin was tastefully decorated. Log burner there for cold days. Cabin set by the side of a lake for a nice stroll. We'll worth a visit.

First time visiting with friends and absolutely loved it! Cakes were MASSIVE! Had a delicious cream tea with a berry scone. Surrounding area was peaceful, would definitely visit again!

Gorgeous freshly cooked English breakfast, great portions. £8 for regular, £10 for large definitely we worth the money.Stunning little cafe, definitely a hidden gem. Shame we only found out about it on our last day otherwise we would of definitely visited again. Cakes all fresh and huge portions too.

The food takes a little while so visit if not in a rush and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s a super location with plenty of tables outside near the lake. The food is worth waiting for - had the ploughman’s. It’s big and a great mix, full for rest of day! Desserts on other tables looked fantastic - we were too full to explore that part of menu. Save that for next visit.

Lovely little cafe by a lake, with tables outdoors and indoors. The scones and cakes are absolutely amazing! The salted caramel cake is the best piece of cake I’ve had anywhere in England! Highly recommended!

Seemingly nice place for cakes and brunch. The toastie and breakfast sandwich were okay. Eye watering price tag of £5.75 for a slice of cake, only found out when collecting the bill as the price was not labelled. £31 total for our bill - seems a bit extortionate for the food and value received.

Oh my god what a great place. Its idyllic. The food is amazing. Best cream teas locally. Would definitely recommend.

This place has everything to be perfect, location, food and prices. The only thing they have to focus on is the service and attention to detail which is a bit messy at times.Had the absolute best scone in this cafe.So delicious, take some home you won't regret.English breakfast was yummy too.Cake selection is to die for. 👌🏻
