Clean, tidy and relaxing. I solid choice for a B&B with a buffet breakfast.

Room and en-suite bathroom was very spacious, location is central, breakfast (full English) was great and our room had super sunset views. Owners were friendly and helpful and stored our bikes round the back. However, the taxi rank just outside is very noisy until early hours of the morning as is the pub which ajoins the B&B. The building is not sound proof and we heard another guest's TV blaring at 2:30am. Between the neighbor, the taxi rank and the pub, we didn't sleep well at all. Such a pity about the noise, because other than that, the stay was great!

Friendly breakfast lady. Tried to be helpful. Beds are comfortable, however bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the shower was full of hair which was unpleasant. Towel had marks on it, maybe not washed? Front door handle fell off. Bit tatty entrance. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Massive ditch next to road and restricted hours to only parking after six pm. Also note that it is right next to/above a pub which was extremely loud until 3AM which kept us awake. Loud singing, and lots of noise. Taxi rank outside was also very loud. Cab driver's shouting across the road at 3AM made sure we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Lovely B&B next to the Blue Anchor pub. Breakfast was so tasty and large portions. Only issue was on the Friday night there was a live band, and we the noise kept us up to midnight.

Love this b and b as it's attached to my favourite pub the Blue Anchor. Clean and the breakfast couldnt be faulted. My only criticism is that £60 is a lot of money for one person.

Brilliant B&B with a brilliant traditional old pub next door brewing excellent beer on site. Rooms nicely furnished with the comfiest beds I've ever come across. Good quality breakfast with excellent bacon. Can't recommend this B&B highly enough!

Stayed in room 3 very spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast very good. Host very friendly. Pub next door very good and Spingo bear was the best pint I've had for a long long while. A tip if you want a good night sleep try a pint of half & half but only one😊
