Ocean Dragon in Cornwall

Great food, fast and friendly service.

Ordered egg fried rice which looked and tasted old and reheated, mixed vegetable chow mein which was very disappointing with odd very thin noodles and mixed vegetables in black bean sauce which was also disappointing and nothing like any black bean sauce I've enjoyed before. Only reason I've given 3 stars is the delivery was reasonably prompt. Wouldn't use again though and would advise they only serve freshly cooked food in future.

Had a lovely takeaway from this place tonight. The staff were friendly and the order was ready in 15 mins. Couldn't fault any of the dishes. Much appreciated all the way from Portsmouth!

We got a delivery takeaway for my birthday get away I wouldn't go back I thought it was very over priced for what we got everything was soggy in sauce we've had special fried rice from loads of takeaways always had it like light and fluffy with bit of egg and meat, i've never found one like this a rice like this one it was all soaked in a gravy sauce the chicken satay was in a similar kind of sauce didn't taste anything like a peanut sauceChips we were told was salt and pepper they weren't they were just seasoned in ridiculous amount of chili we ate what we could as hungry and left overs which we normal would save for next day went straight in the bin so yes a bit of disappointment I pick the place as the reviews were good lesson learnt.

We stay on a local caravan site regularly & use this Chinese at least 3 times a week. Every meal we have is second to none. Tom the delivery driver is amazing. We can definitely say we will be sure that will carry on using them on a regular basis. Amazing

Just finished one of the most enjoyable take away meals we've had in ages. Here on holiday and thought we'd treat ourselves, so glad we did. From the lady taking our order to the delivery driver, happy and helpful service. Wish we lived nearer.

We were staying in Seaview Holiday Village and fancied a Chinese on our last night of the holiday. Looking on google reviews we found Ocean Dragon. We arrived just after they opened, placed a large order and waited 20 mins. Food was delicious and still warm. Definitely recommend.

First night in Cornwall and fancied a Chinese takeaway.Tried this on spec. They delivered to the caravan site we are staying at within the hour and it was one of the best meals we've had. Even saved half for tomorrow. Excellent food.

Excellent takeaway could not fault it. Timing was good and they delivered it prompting up a steep horrid hill. Very cheerful delivery chap. The food was lovely, and flavoursome. Chicken sweet and sour balls were great and not oily like other places. Would recommend.

Really struggled to give this 1 star.The service itself was what you could expect from any Chinese takeaway. However, it's not until you get your food home and you get it out of the bag that you realise that what you have isn't what you ordered.After closer inspection, it kinda is, however everything is covered and swimming in a "mystery brown sauce". FYI the dishes in the picture attached are chicken chow mein and special fried rice (who knew?!)The crispy coated chicken was clearly overcooked (possibly from the day before).The only thing recognisable was the sweet and sour sauce!
