Old Custom House Inn Restaurant in Cornwall

We had dinner here the week before last while on holiday. The staff were all lovely, they were very short staffed but they were still all very helpful and friendly and did an amazing job. We all fancied seafood so had the muscles which were just lovely, they were perfectly cooked and the sauce among one of the best we have had. The starters we had were very good too. Nice location right in the harbour. Would definitely go back.

Right on the harbour front. Comfortable rooms and good food. Great stepping off point to explore Cornwall.

Our experience of The Old Custom House could not have been better, whilst celebrating a hen do we were let down by another bar which we had booked at and fortunately we chose to try this pub. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Everything from the service to the selection of drinks was excellent and the atmosphere was great - cannot recommend highly enough.

Fish (cod) and chips with minty mushy peas superb. Beer fantastic. Overall a lovely meal. Staff excellent

Enjoyed our visit here recently. One of the larger pubs in Padstow but still has a good atmosphere. Medium sized menu and an excellent range of beers. A very pleasant setting at the harbour side for a drink and something to eat.

Stopped in for a few pints and ended up having dinner. The food was delicious and looked fantastic. Some of the best food we had in Padstow! Bar staff were very friendly too.

First time here after many visits to Padstow over the years! Wow! Incredible food! You MUST visit! My wife has Mussels and I had Cod!! Sensational - really friendly staff too. Thank you 🍺

Lovely place right on the harbour. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Bar in the evening was great! I would stay again.

Friendly informative staff, sunday roast was tasty and filling.Lots of drinks choice from ales to lagers on tap.Toilets were clean.It's a busy pub so book a table early if your planning to eat.

Stayed at the Old Custom House for two nights in November, and I couldn't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, right on the harbour front and within a stone's throw of all the best restaurants in Padstow. Lovely clean room with ample space, and a very clean modern bathroom with check in being perfectly easy - all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant and bar has a fantastic cosy atmosphere, the food delicious, well presented, and reasonably priced.We will be looking forward to staying here again!
