Old Success Inn in Cornwall

Stayed and ate here during a coast walk. Lovely room, friendly staff and great food. Good vegan options. I had vegan 'fish' and chips, was lovely. Breakfast equally lovely. Looks like they've recently refurbished and it's a really nice job, the outdoor area was equally well done. The room was very reasonably priced for how nicely it was appointed, lots of attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with excellent service at the Old Success Inn restaurant. The assistant manager was brilliant and very welcoming. We did not having a booking, forgetting it was a Saturday. They found us a table and had a high chair for my little daughter. Even though they didn't have a lot of vegan options for my husband, the food he had he enjoyed (vegan fish&chips was not available unfortunately). Sea food platter partnered with a bottle of white wine was very delicious and fresh, very happy! Would definitely go again.

We absolutely loved our one night stay here. The whole team of staff couldn’t do enough to assist us. We arrived with two bikes which they locked up securely for us. We then needed assistance with downloading our bike route for the next day.The rooms were luxurious and it was a bonus having a great sea view.We ate dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic - super service and beautifully presented and cooked food. Breakfast was perfect and this small team of people were fantastic from when we arrived to when we departed. We will certainly be back - thank you.

We stayed in a room with a sea view. It was excellent. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. Will definitely be staying again.

Good service. A table available for lunch even though it was busy. Lovely tasty hake and a good value lunch size burger. Outside seating overlooking the sea and some tables with sea views. Very dog friendly but also a dog free area available. Would recommend and go here again.

Fantastic Pub full of character & history, the St Austell Brewery Ales are excellent, pulled up on a hand pump just as they should be ! This Pub obviously has a great Chef because we ate there 4 times during our recent week in Sennen Cove and each meal was superb. Nice young landlady in charge with a polite & friendly team of barstaff.

Excellent pub and dining venue. We visited for dinner twice and each time I had a great meal. The traditional fish and chips are excellent, possibly the best batter I've tasted, light,crisp and dry. For our second dinner we shared the seafood board and this was exceptional. Cod goujons, mussels, crab pate, squid, huge prawns, mackerel with home made slaw and toasted breads. There's also a quiz night on Thursdays and fine local ales and gin to boot.

Cozy pub and restaurant with fantastic views of Sennen Cove beach. The fireplace is huge and welcoming. Dogs are allowed. Proper Job IPA on tap is refreshing. Kitchen serves tasty lunches. Perfect reward after a Coastal Walk from Lands End.

Booked a 3 night birthday treat for my fella weekend before Christmas at this place and wanna give it a huge recommendation 👍😁It's literally opposite one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall, Sennen Cove near Land's End, yeah he's weird... even enjoys surfing at this time of year 😂😂 but he could walk off beach in wetsuit straight into a hot shower!!!They've built a new block of rooms and the ground floor rooms are dog friendly 😁 as is the whole pub and the staff all love dogs 😁When we arrived late on the Friday night, we were greeted with a birthday banner, balloons and card for him (only mentioned in passing when booking it was for his birthday!!). There was also a bed, towel, bowl, treats and toys for my dog 👍😁As his birthday was on the Saturday, he had a candle in his breakfast 😂😂😂Returned to room on the Sunday morning after breakfast and the cleaner had lined-up a row of treats for my dog on the table 😃The staff were all so friendly and the room was absolutely perfect... it was an absolutely mega few days away 👍😁

Lovely little room, great location. We had the Christmas dinner in the pub aswell. Absolutely fantastic! Great views, great room. All round awesomeness
