This was such a great find! We were in St Ives for the day and wanted to grab a good cream tea at some point. After a quick Google, I was told that Olives is a definite! We found it nice and easily through Google Maps and signs and were not disappointed! We waited outside for 5-10 minutes but we’re checked on during that time more than once. Although small inside, it didn’t feel crammed and both workers were so kind, friendly and helpful which really made the experience. Food was fast, tasty and just what we wanted! There was a good balance of feeling like you wanted to be quick for anyone waiting, but not feeling rushed at all and the staff were so good at navigating this and turning tables round as quickly as they could. Honestly cannot recommend Olives highly enough; incredible food, an amazing little location and such genuine, kind and helpful staff! To say there were only 2 of them working, they had the whole thing down to a tee and you could hardly tell! Thank you so much for the best cream tea I’ve had!

We did have to wait for the new batch of scones to be made but trust me, they was the best scones we have ever had! The tastiest cream tea in st ives by far! Came out warm and they’re absolutely delicious. All the staff are really lovely too. This cafe is a must!! 5⭐️’s for sure.

We had to queue for 20 min to get in and it was definitely worth the wait! The best Cornish cream tea!!! Everything freshly home made, the flavours are amazing and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend visiting!

Excellent cream tea, the scones were super and the Cornish tea was well worth us trying. Highly recommended.

Very accommodating, with excellent homemade products. You book for the daytime so explore the area and time your sitting appropriately. X

Had a great experience at Olives Cafe. Friendly and welcoming service and a very cute little spot. We had the Cream Tea which was absolutely delicious - freshly baked scones right out the oven. Had to come back to try the home backed quiche and sausage roll which were both fresh and delicious, will definitely be back!

Lovely little cafe away from the busy main streets of St Ives. Very yummy food and delicious coffee. Would definitely recommend the blueberry scones and the sausage roll was the best I've had!!

I absolutely loved this little cafe in St Ives. The scones are absolutely incredible and so is the rest of their food. Very good coffee too. Olives cafe is hidden just off the main tourist locations in St Ives and it’s a hidden little gem. Definitely worth going there. It’s also nice to sit outside when the weather is nice!

Best scones I've had in the best part of 40 years stuffing my face with cream teas all over Devon and Cornwall. Superb.
