We were a table of five, just having mains: two pasta dishes and three different fish - lemon sole, sea bass and turbot. Everything was excellent and generously portioned. Service wasn’t fast but was very friendly and helpful. The chef came out and had a chat at the end. He described the local sourcing of fish and meat, and his own time on the boats. A lovely evening.

Great friendly service. Authentic atmosphere. Absolutely delicious food. My wife had fish and I am a vegetarian. House wine fruity and smooth. Second time and will certainly be back.Note: Cash only. Not accessible.

If honest, from the outside not somewhere that would have attracted me into the place, however we are away to celebrate and my daughter booked it for her boyfriends birthday meal. Overall the meals were really good. We found the garlic and wine mushrooms and the steak sauce both a little overpowering with spice for meals that tend to not normally have that element to them. Seating is very cosy and not suitable for those that want a little more space. Overall good quality food but room for some improvement

Great little restaurant, a little slow to get going during our time there, but mostly down to COVID checks and the poor waiter being on his own for the whole place. That being said, the food was outstanding and worth the wait. You MUST have the garlic bread its amazing! The portion size is generous, and all of my party were stuff after two courses and couldn't manage dessert. The pate starter looked amazing, but they sold out just before I arrived, but they are happy to give you a main as a starter so I got to have the two pasta dishes I couldn't decide between instead. The seafood pasta had by my mother looked amazing and i'm told tasted delicious. All in all, well recommended, but advance booking is definitely needed as this is a small place.

This is an exquisite little Italian in the heart of Looe. Serving great seafoods and pasta dishes mixed in an inventive way. Small and intimate a must for all food lovers. Please book don't go expecting to find a table. It has a strong following of people who love what they do with the sea and the land. The service is outstanding and joyful and at the end of the meal they are your new friends. This is a restaurant built on passion for food and your enjoyment. Enjoy I wish them all the best. 🌈🙏Xx

Really enjoyed. Lovely little restaurant with about 20 seats. We wanted fish, and the dishes were lovely. Particularly enjoyed the hot spiced crab. Perhaps a bit of variety of sauces (white wine and cream-based was almost everything) would be better but understand the limitations of a small kitchen. Dessert was very nice too. Cash-only is a massive pain these days (had to go to a cash machine for literally the first time in a year), but that seems to be how they want to run it. The steaks looked amazing btw, bit jealous.

Outstanding in every department service, quality, portion size, flavour. The best restaurant in Looe. Book in advance. You will not be disappointed. Spicy Crab Bake starter is a must try
