Pintxo Fowey in Cornwall

Beautiful setting, friendly & welcoming staff. A wide choice of tapas available which is out of this world. The sardines in particular are delicious. With the sun shining you could almost believe you were abroad. Highly recommend

10/5 - what a gem.My favourite beer in the world, in Estrella Galicia, which is rare to come across in London - let alone Cornwall.Never expected to find such fantastic food yet locally sourced.Crab was the real deal and absolutely went OFFBig thanks to Kerris for her enthusiasm - she was so buzzing every time I ordered a bottle of Txakoli and I loved it.This place has it all; the food, the staff, the vibes, the venue. 🔥🔥🔥

Fowey on June Friday evening is buzzing. The wind is a tad chilly but we sat by the balcony under the heaters. What a view. Reminiscent of Dartmouth and the pizzas matched the ambiance. Difficult to beat, even with a cool breeze.

This was an amazing find it the beautiful place that is Fowey. The restaurant itself is intimate and filled with a great atmosphere.The music is brilliant and the food outrageously epic, I couldn't help but order half the menu! The speed of service is great and you don't have to wait long for the beautiful food!Cannot wait to revisit!

We had patatas bravas, meatballs, jambon croquettes, hummus, spinach, charcuterie platter, plain bread and tomato bread. It was all delicious. The charcuterie and the jambon croquettes were particularly delicious!The music was excellent, it really added to the atmosphere.It was a little cold as the doors to the restaurant were left open. Great for Covid prevent, not so great for being comfortable. Hence 4 stars. If it's warm then it'd be a nailed on 5 stars.

Definitely the jewel of fowey blows all other eateries out of the water! Sardines, patatas bravas and happy faces all round. The staff are delightful, it really feels like a little slice of Spain.

Super tasty food and very pleasant staff. The crab croquettes in particular were delicious. Decent sized portions too.

What a find. Away from the main centre of eateries, but a definite place to eat. My wife and I like the Spanish tapas way of eating and this place delivers a flavour explosion in every bowl, plate or tin of food placed on the table. A very authentic Spanish eating experience with some very friendly staff looking after you. We will most definitely come back every time we come to Cornwall. Thanks for the wonderful food.

A great find and as authentic as you're going to find in the UK. Meatballs and crab croquettes where especially delicious. Real taste of Spain. You can't book, so be prepared to queue.

Very relaxed enjoyable atmosphere, friendly quick service with delicious authentic tapas but be prepared to que for a long time due to the size of venue and being unable to book! Staff also don’t wear masks
