Good Service, fair prices. Nothing fancy but a nice view is included very communal seating so be aware of children.

Lovely Pizza Express! The service was really good, the staff are helpful and friendly and the setting is lovely. I would definitely recommend it.

Cannot say enough good things about the manager of Pizza Express Truro.My partner is quite a picky eater and has recently spent about a month in hospital and had managed to get sick and tired of the food pretty quickly.She called and spoke with the manager about her specific needs earlier in the day and was assured that it would be possible to make a pizza the way she had asked.Flash forward to about 7pm and places the order online, but doesn't have the option to make the modifications to the meal she wants to make so I go to collect the food.Arrive to a packed out restaurant - minimal staff, no chef, manager is running the kitchen and he's remembered the conversation and adapted the food from the order in the way he had agreed.Now I've worked in hospitality, it's not easy to keep on top of all the many things that come at you, especially when you're short staffed and things haven't gone to plan and this guy managed to remember a small point about tomato allergies and bechemel sauce substitutions when he's literally doing 3 people's jobs.Absolutely amazing customer service would definitely recommend

I've eaten in at this pizza express plenty of times, it's always nice in store, but today I got it as a takeaway from deliveroo, I have never requested a refund on food but in this case I had to. I ordered a margarita pizza, a garlic bread, chips and a garlic butter dip. The Pizza and garlic bread both tasted like a burnt unclean tray was used to cook them on, the chips were all stuck together and the garlic butter dip was more like a salad dressing. I did call in and told the man that answered the phone how I felt and he was very apologetic and was a great help in getting me a refund so for that it's a 1 star. If you're going to get this, go in store, the sizes are better in store too,

Served by a lovely waitress, downloaded the pizza express app and we had free dough balls! Delicious pizza as always.

Quick service, good food and a lovely atmosphere!

I cannot fault the service or food at Pizza express. Their food is always delicious and comes out perfect. I had the vegan pepperoni pizza with a normal base. It was amazing. They have an excellent vegan selection with numerous different toppings. You will find something for everyone here.

A typical Pizza Express nestled awkwardly within a fantastic old building.The food was of course as expected tasty, fast enough but not so you felt rushed and reasonably priced. The service was attentive and polite.The dairy and gluten free kids pizza was among the tastiest we have found, so top marks for that. The BBQ burnt ends was top notch, not too spicy but with enough heat.The toilet is out the back of the restaurant across a shared hall so you needed a pin to enter it. A bit contrived but the best they could do I suppose. Had the toilet not felt like a 1980's British Rail platform toilet it'd be 5 stars.

Pizza express in Truro is set in a beautiful old building in the center of town. The service was very attentive but not overly so and all three of our meals were well presented. I would highly recommend this venue.
