Great stay, great food 👍 😊Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend in one of the deluxe rooms. Extremely spacious and modern room with fantastic 360 view across the Cornish green meadows.Breakfast and dinner (especially Sunday roast) we’re fantastic and the staff were also very friendly and attentive. The glass restaurant room is extremely pleasant in the morning. The £5 bar voucher for not getting the room made up each day is also a great initiative for the environment 🌱We also have a Tesla and the hotel provides FREE CHARGING. What a bonus :)! Will return if we are in the area 👌

We have just returned from our mini moon to the Plume of Feathers. The accommodation was perfect for a relaxing stay. We also ate at the restaurant, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly! Location is very convenient with access to north or south coasts! Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service and good recommendations on food. Friendly staff and food was the best I've had for a long time. Would highly recommend and will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely loved my visit to this venue. The menu was simple, but still varied enough to cater to all. I had a brilliant Sunday roast and it was really nice to have one that was tasty and fresh, without any of the added pomp that you often get from pubs/restaurants. The desert options were equally as tasty, if a little filling! The staff were great and everything was clean / well presented. I definitely hope to come back again.

The people that will moan about the food/service or noise in this place, will never be pleased. This place gets it right on all fronts. I've given it four years and about half a dozen stays to say this. The single train out is 4 out of 5 stars is the bed is a bit too soft for me. But that's MY personal preference. Rooms are incredible. Good great and great bar.

Lovely food and a great atmosphere. One the pricy side (starter, main, pud and 2 x none alcoholic drinks for two... just under £90!) Still love it and come back though

Really loved the room was amazing, the staff were absolutely amazing. The restaurant was awesome, food was brilliant... My only grumpy comment would be that there wasn't enough at breakfast, no cereal or pastry's or fresh fruit to help yourself to while waiting for the cooked breakfast (which was amazing) but other than that was a great stay.

Food is lovely, well cooked and beautifully presented. Staff are polite and professional. It gets very busy, so booking ahead is advisable. If you're seated in the conservatory, the acoustics aren't great and it can seem very noisy at busy times...not great if you're planning an intimate meal for two.

Came for dinner on New Years Day. Service was fantastic, but the food was overall quite disappointing for the price. The children's meals don't come with any vegetables at all (which in this day and age is pretty unacceptable) we had to purchase an adults side of veg just for our 2 year old. The starters, to be fair, were very nice, but again for the beef burger mains, there wasn't a piece of green in sight, no salad in the burger, no garnish, nothing, it was a big plate of beige. For the price of the burgers you'd expect a tiny amount of green without having to order another side dish...The burger is also not served on a plate, just a piece of wood, which made it incredibly difficult to eat without getting food all over the table and yourself.Overall it has 4 stars because the service was so good and the starters were fab.

A 4.5 for us. Great food and well balanced menu; really lovely, welcoming staff, nice atmosphere. We’d definitely book again. Was a bit noisy with the acoustics in the glass-roofed restaurant, but otherwise ticked all our boxes for a relaxed family supper. Plenty of parking. Easy to drive to.
