Excellent food and service, will not hesitate to eat there again 😋

The food was absolutely delicious and staff extremely friendly, definitely going back and next time hope to stay.

Absolutely great establishment. We spontaneously visited as a party of 8 and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. This place contains an abundance of character and quirky seating locations. The food prices are pretty high but the quality is superb. Definitely recommend a visit of you are in the area.

Went for a Sunday lunch. Though the food was relatively tasty , if your actually expecting to eat, I'd give it a miss. At £30 odd a head it was expensive for what you got and frankly I've enjoyed a Toby carvey more.

Great location and I was served a lovely Pimm's made with a lot of care, it was delicious! The truffle fries are great too and nice to have with a drink.

This is a wonderful and charming hotel which achieves understated luxury. Could not fault a single thing, from the smugglers cove atmosphere, cosy surroundings, friendly helpful staff, and stunning food. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you everyone at Port Gaverne Hotel.

Great food in a great location. Really nice staff and we were well looked after. It is a little bit frustrating that they only take online bookings, especially when you are stood at the bar. We had to sit outside (with a drink) find website connection and book. Bit strange. That said, it is well worth the effort.

We stopped by on our return journey back up North after a mini break and could not have found somewhere better to stay! The service was great, attentive but not pushy and the food was stunning! Both visually attractive and filled with some amazing flavours at a very reasonable price for the quality!

Stayed here one night whilst walking South West Coastal Path, I did not eat here (fully booked on their Michelin stars). Stayed in many other places along the way, the room was overpriced for what it was. Price hiked no doubt on restaurant reputation.

Great location, although dreadful parking. The food was good but the price was ludicrous - ordinary fish and chips £25. That said, I suppose if customers continue to pay without complaint then blatant overcharging will continue - this is Cornwall 2021!So if they consider the high prices are justified by service, then why was our £31 bottle of wine dumped on the table in a cooler, unopened.
