Went in for a breakfast hubby and I. Hubby went to the counter to order was told go sit down I will come to you. The lady finally came handed us a menu each I said I’d like a full English breakfast pleaseHer reply was. I will come back for your order and she didMy hubby asked for poached egg. After 10 mins came breakfast came fried eggs bacon burnt beans were horrible, she was rude the way she spoke to her staff. Wouldn’t step foot in there again £15 for 2 breakfastsWhat a load of rubbish..

I last visited this friendly Café some years ago. I am delighted that it hasn't changed.I work in the hemisphere of food hygiene so cleanliness and an eye for immaculate presentation is at the apex of my choosing.A wonderful variety on the menu and a perfect waiting time indicated freshly cooked. I chose the Cheeseburger and fries. Accompanied by mayo and beautiful relish it scored extra points. Couldn't fault it. Delicious. Everything was top marks. 😊

The food is always excellent here and the portion sizes are just right too. Service is always friendly and it's just a lovely local cafe

Popped in for a breakfast on our way from Looe to Port Isaac as wanted a good good breakfast with some clout about it. We had two large breakfasts, and they were absolutely delicious. . Couldn't fault it, and we can be harsh critics. Bacon was perfect, as was the amount of beans and also good quality bread. All of the food was quality. Nothing picked up from the local happy shopper on the way in by the owner.. We loved it and will definitely breakfast here again. 10/10

Amazing food and prices. Sandwich filled me up all day! Should be busier. Maybe a sign saying extra seating downstairs.

I used to love the food, these days they can't even cook bacon! Even when I request well done and crispy 🤷🏼♀️Disappointed is an understatement.I sat inside the cafe with my husband....like always because I'm a local! I didn't just have a bacon sandwich wrapped in foil to take away😆.My triple decker was served on a plate 🤷🏼♀️ (cheese beans and bacon inside a couple of slice's of toast....They agreed before I ordered to remove or crisp up the fat and not give me soggy rind as I can't eat it. I even said I'm happy to order something else if it's not possible,I have photos of all the soggy rind to prove that I'm not lying with the soggy fat !

Lovely staff, great prices and great food. Had vegan options and vegan milk for coffees. Loved it.

Pots had been going a long time. The decor and furniture are a little dated but the place is clean tidy and comfortable. There is a large menu with something for most tastes. All of the ingredients are fresh and many are local. The bread is particularly good quality, no sliced out of a packet bread in here, big chunky local doorsteps. Everything is fantastic value, would recommend to anyone, a great little hidden gem. This is a proper local establishment with local food and character. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Lots more seating hidden away downstairs.

Portions were big indeed. It’s basic but tasty food. Really enjoyed the breakfast.
