A great place for a simultaneously upbeat and relaxing lunch. Super burgers and good portions. Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and fun. Music is varied and suitable for the venue - loud enough to enjoy without being overpowering. One of our favourite places for lunch in Truro. Came out feeling we had value for money.

Always delicious food, everytime we visit. However, last three times we've visited they've got our orders wrong. For example, I ordered a vegan burger and got a chicken burger instead and I ordered a gluten free bun and got a regular bun. Not great, but it's always resolved and the food is very tasty.

Came here for a nice dinner with my mum and sister, unfortunately we ended up waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for three burgers. When mentioned to the waitress she said oh sorry and that was it, great customer service!The cocktails were nice but the long wait and rude staff ruined the whole experience.

Service was fantastic. Food, was really sub par. Burger was dry, little to no sauce, wasn't really worth the money at all to be honest.Two stars for the service as could not fault the staff but food is seriously overrated.

Our first visit to Hub Box Truro, a great reception and no problem dining inside with 2 small well behaved dogs, to the point the dogs got their drink first without even having to ask! Wife came back from the toilet and said just how amazingly clean they were.Really quick service without being pushy.Food arrived quickly and was really nice. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Truro.

Love the building, love the vibe. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Menu was great.Unfortunately my food (mother clucker loaded fries) arrived almost stone cold. Nachos weren't great. It tasted good so didn't complain.After we'd finished we waited about 15 minutes upstairs where we were seated to settle up, but saw no one. In the end we had to hang around downstairs and get someones attention so that we could pay and leave. All of the staff were eating.It's a real shame as everything was great about this place, but we felt we got dumped by the staff as they wanted their lunch.
