Fantastic food great attentive service recommended.

Padstow had a power cut so our booking at St Petroc’s was cancelled. Rafferties had space for dinner and we were not disappointed! Great stakes and crispy chips worked well for me.

There has been a lack of consistency since moving to the current cross roads location, the owner does not like feedback other than praise even when they fail, better than the local big name but not the best by any measure in St Merryn.

Started off badly with squashed in table near the toilets and view of kitchen hatch - however moved tables and food was definitely the best of the restaurants we have been to in the area recently. Lovely menu with lots of great options. Cocktails, Starters, Steak, lobster and burger all excellent. Will definitely return and just specify table next time( this was the only bad table in small restaurant so don’t be put off).

See visit every year we are on Holiday in St Merryn, this is the 6th time and we love it each time.Staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.The food is absolutely gorgeous, and the Espresso Martinis are to die for!Thank you for having us again, see you in 2022 😁

We're on holiday, visiting from Leeds and had the loveliest evening there. The food was outstanding. For starters we had one of the oysters, the grilled asparagus and the scallops. For the main we shared the whole lobster and sirloin steak, cooked to absolute perfection. For dessert we had espresso martinis and a chocolate cheesecake with espresso ice cream. It was one of the nicest meals we've had in ages. The service was great, warm welcoming and genuine. The owner is lovely. Highly recommended :)

We spent a lovely evening with friends at Rafferty's on Saturday 15th August. All 6 of us loved the food and the service was great. I would thoroughly recommend the Rockpool starter. Reasonably priced too so well worth a visit if you're in the Padstow area.

Good food at a good price, large portions and homely food are the order of the day. Serves a lot of fresh fish which is excellent.
